The employees are rude and chew gum while checking you out & talking which is just so gross to me. They also don’t tell u AT ALL that u can’t return an item once the tag is off. What kind of store has that policy?? Especially considering ur tags are made of the same cheap ass plastic they use at 5 below. Either make the tag more secure like a bobby pin type or change ur policy u weirdos

Such rude employees! Not only do you have to make an effort to find them, they act inconvenienced once you do. They refuse to correct their computer's error as well. Worth driving further to a different location.

I had the best customer service experience I could have had. I made a mistake on a return, but, Cynthia, the manager, fixed it for me. She couldn't have been nicer and more patient throughout the entire process. Thank you, Cynthia!

I don’t know why this place has a 4.1 rating. Nathalie was really helpful and accommodating when it came to shopping at here, lol I’ll definitely be back, and if you’re on the fence lol you can come here it’s safe. I hope a corporate sees this because she deserves the recognition.

Best Express clothing store location! Excellent manager Chandlir has a great attitude, extremely helpful! Place is clean and organized! I Love the Jewelry too! I’ve been an Express shopper since the late 80s Your outfits keeps getting better and better! I’m a hairstylist have been for over 35 years we always have to wear black your quality of clothes are the only ones that last! Thank you thank you! ?If I could give a 10 star ⭐️ I would! Go check this place out!

I had a great experience in this store. I was looking for a pair of pants and could not find the right size after searching everywhere I could! Pamela looked in the looked everywhere for me until she was able to find them! I will be back for the great customer service experience I received!
