Today I learned a valuable lesson in customer service, thanks to this UPS Store and its neighbor, FedEx. I came in with a pre-labeled return package that just needed a final seal. The clerk was not only unhelpful but seemed put out by my presence. He refused to provide a couple of inches of tape and demanded I buy a whole roll. It was a small thing, but his needlessly difficult attitude managed to sabotage my schedule and my mood. He could have easily earned a customer's appreciation, but chose not to.
Feeling pretty aggravated, I decided to walk over to the FedEx store next door. What a world of difference. The employee there greeted me warmly and took the package off my hands immediately. He didn't just tape it; he checked the contents, added filler paper to make sure it was secure for shipping, and handled everything with a smile. He single-handedly fixed the bad taste left by the UPS Store and made my day better.
Don't waste your time at this UPS Store where customers are treated like an inconvenience. Walk a few extra steps to FedEx and experience what actual customer service feels like.

I went to photocopy docs for the very first time at a business ,and I was able to successfully photocopy several docs thanks one of the male associates at the front who was super cool and helpful. Its not often I get the help I needed so it was very refreshing to come across someone who can actually knows how to do their job. Much respect to the associate. I left very satisfied.

Quick and fast self service for printing or scanning and you can do online notary services for a minimal fee and do not have to be at the store in order to do so.

This is a review for THIS office, and Adam specifically. Adam went above and beyond on packing our piano keyboard and PC for traveling overseas. I have never seen such a carefully thought out job of packing, using all the materials at his disposal, wrapping paper in spirals, carefully padding and supporting the PC water cooler pipes... Top notch. Edit: If Adam reads this, everything made it to France perfectly well under less than ideal baggage circumstances.

We drove to all the local shipping stores and no one had the right size box or packing material we needed. This store has everything you need to pack boxes. And, Adam, was very helpful even going so far as to cut the slightly too large box down to match the size of our item.
