Disrespectful employees I will never come back to this location ever. The woman named Tasha with glass has no customer service principles whatsoever. I was just returning an online shoe order that was too small and she had an attitude told me to take my shoes back to Grapevine Mills to complete my return which was another 35 minute drive to do a simple return. I feel sorry for Finish Line for having an employee like her representing your company

If I could leave no stars I would WE WAITED OVER 30 minutes for them to tell me the couldn’t find the shoe she had just just brought me to try on and then WENT TO LAUGH AND SAY SORRY THEY WERE HIGH I WAS LIVID !!!! Just bought my daughters shoes and left just sad that humans don’t take there jobs seriously!!!! I TOLD THE MANAGER HE JUST IGNORED ME AS I PAIDED JUST SAD CASE OF MANAGEMENT!!!!!! Thank you for your poor custom service!!!!

I came to the store to pick up shoes that was ordered by Jordan. The tracking by FedEx said it was delivered and some lady named Tasha tells me it says home delivery as if I placed the order. I asked the associate Jordan to order the shoes and have them shipped to their location vs my home address. I figured it would be better for me. The level of customer service Jordan and Tasha displayed today was trash.

Overall 4/10 experience. The shoes and store were nice and had many options, however the customer service was poor. I wasn't helped for at least 10 minutes and it wasn't busy at all...Seemed as if the guys were in the back just chatting as I was waiting for assistance. One of the guys was on a video chat call and I had to get his attention for help. I still made my purchase so I'm greatful for that but teach these young workers a bit more decency!

It was two days before Christmas, you guys were ridiculously busy, and Xavier was SO KIND SO PATIENT SO HELPFUL, he was on his BREAK! The man was on break and he still helped a line full of folks, expediting the checkout process and hunting every customers shoe down and fulfilling every single request! I was so impressed and I truly needed that type of detailed work ethic specifically that day. Thank you to Xavier and the whole finish line team!! I love this place!! I just went back today and once again Xavier helped me find my boyfriends size thirteen shoe!!!

My husband and I went to go buy myself some Vapor Max, him some 13's and my stepson some forces. The staff was great. They were all very helpful and answered all our questions. The store was well organized and clean. Drove all the way from Plano and will be coming back! Thanks guys!
