Had been given them my business the past several years. No complaints till last time. Had taken a tv in there that worked perfectly. They tried to say that picture was burnt & going out. Wonder if they know anything So, took it to get looked at by repair guy. Like I had said nothing wrong with it at all. So, took it to a completely different pawn shop. They took it with no problem. They also said the picture was perfect.

I cannot give this place a good rating. 99.8% of First Cash and Cash America pawnshops and good people and they work with you Only the Hurst First Cash has an issue. And the issue is with the dark haired female manager. She absolutely will not work with people who are interested in buying and collecting certain items. There is NO leeway on pricing and if you ask about something that you saw on the pawnshop app she tells you “the app is never correct”.
Funny, It is correct for EVERY other First Cash/Cash America in the system.
A couple of us have gone in there to inquire about items on the app and they are “not for sale” or “the app is always wrong”. This gets old.
Three or four of us in our group who have experienced this manager have decided we will not be supporting this particular pawnshop. Dont know why she is refusing our money. Maybe she has an agenda against guns. Who knows. She has lost at least four good cash paying customers.
There is a friendly First Cash to the east on Highway 10 in Euless who WILL work with you.

The manager at this location is so rude, she even ask me to remove my glasses, if I could give her a -5 stars I will, she needs the Lord as saver of her heart, God bless her heart,

Large Hispanic sub human behind the front desk is very rude and condescending for no reason at all. The Euless location is superior. This woman can’t run a gas station (without eating all the snacks) let alone a pawn shop.

I request you all not buy anything from here,I came here to buy x box 360 controllers and a game , call of duty , she gave me the wrong controllers and she gave me x box one disk she charged me 76.83 I brought them back after 10 minutes to return she didn’t return,
She is mean bad behavior , and she gave me all these controllers and she said it is for 360 and it working it is not for 360 it is for xbox one and not turning on,they scam people and take their money , don not trust

The staff seams nice but lazy. The prices are out of this world. Look up prices online before you buy. Everything is over priced. I only say that because I shop at a lot of pawnshops in dfw this by far is the most expensive.
