always have a great experience at First Convenience Bank/ Hurst. Thanks to Ana Armenta. From the moment I walk in, I get treated with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Ana and her team always go above and beyond to make sure all my questions get answered and that everything gets handled smoothly and in a timely manner.

The new black guy with glasses is very mean and took $20 of my money, I counted my money 4 times and deposited $800 but the black guy said it was only $780, I'm very upset with this guy

This Bank falsely advertise giving you your money up to 3 days. They give you a hard time getting the advancement in light of seeing your pending funds and you literally have to argue about the advertised policy.

There are 3 people walking around and one person handling the customers. I'm not handling the customers and then dealing with whatever seems to be the problem here

The bank is great been with them for over 7 years, my only complaint is if you call customer service prepare to wait on hold for a very long time no matter what day or time. Don't know if understaffed or what. As a business owner customer service is my biggest pep peeve. And waiting on hold for close to an hour to over an hour just to talk to someone is terrible and may switch my 2 business accounts and savings to another bank just because of hold time.
