Dee is so helpful and friendly.
She doesn't hesitate for a second to help me from reaching to the item on high shelf, or going to the back and brings more boxes of merchandise and helps me find the size I need.
Today, I come early in the morning. Last time,I came later, there was so crowded in the store, the staff were always overworked.
They only schedule 2 employees at the time.
I'd like to make a suggestion to the upper management. If you want to protect your inventory, you should schedule 2 more or at least 1 more employee to help them out.
Thanks Dee for making my shopping stress free today.

Went in to see if they had some cheap candy or chips. Then, I thought of something else. Although I didn't get anything, the prices were still ok.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Five Below. While shopping, I was unfairly targeted by the staff who assumed I was going to steal. They refused to let me scan my own items and were openly complaining about the amount of stuff I was purchasing under their breath. Meanwhile, a family of five was allowed to scan their own items without any issues. It was clear that the staff were more concerned about me than anyone else in the store. What makes this even more frustrating is the realization that it is not the responsibility of the associates or even the management to prevent theft in such an unprofessional manner. There are better ways to ensure loss prevention without resorting to discriminatory practices that make honest customers feel unwelcome. This experience is especially disheartening because I have always loved shopping at Five Below( especially this location) . It has always been a great store, but this incident has completely changed my perspective. Because of this discriminatory and unprofessional treatment, I will no longer be shopping at this location.

I'm giving 5 stars for the store manager Brittney. She's doing an amazing job with checking people out, greeting people and helping people with any questions. I hope 5 below sees how hard and overly complicated their new policy is especially when there's only one employee on the floor and a line leading to the "self checkouts." I wouldn't even call them self checkouts anymore. Whatever reason there is to be having your employee do multiple tasks at once which leads to a buildup of customers waiting on help, I hope it's worth the stress it will cause. All I hope is that these amazing employees are making good money to put up with that ridiculous new policy.
