Noor manager not friendly at all, would not let me exchange gifted shoes without receipt, though they’ve done so in the past. Then claims they don’t sell the shoe but it’s on the site.

one of the employees called my daughter a spoiled brat for not wanting to spend more money on a pair of shoes. not sure what gives anyone especially a minimum wage worker the right to speak to a child like that. place is nice but definitely will not be returning.

Service sucks and employees are rude as hell and not helpful. They don't greet you when u come in or provide assistance. Where has customer service gone. I'm spending money on pricey shoes and can't even be get reasonable assistance. They seem annoyed to have been asked for help.

This store's employee today is freaking useless. There were shoes I wanted and instead of helping me by ordering them for the sale price in the store, writes down the info and tells me to call. They are NOT ON SALE ONLINE!This location is garbage!

Friendly customers service. But what I don't like is when you want to return something the Employees act as if it is going to come out of there check or something in that Nature its very frustrating to drive 30plus minutes and to not be able to accomplish what I had came for a Return because my son did not like the shoes. The store associate would not take the shoes back I got Rite online and Process and return now im leaving a not so good Review. Its simple ? waste someone else's time.
