This store definitely requires new management. I’ve never been in a Forever 21 store so dirty and displaced. The young women at the counter were loud and obnoxious and having an argument in front of customers. I was completely shocked and felt the need to write a review which I usually don’t do. I ended up leaving behind the items I wanted to purchase. I feel that there is a level of professionalism that should be upheld as well as cleanliness.

I had some SHEIN returns to do and I was dreading it. The young lady at the NE mall location, Trinity, was not only polite and professional, but she made the process super easy. Thank you for having fantastic customer service! F21 is lucky to have you!

Just left here at 7pm today! Girl checking out with red top with dark hair was so rude Iv never been treated like this. Didn’t say hello, not a word! After she checked me out I said thank you! Thinking maybe she didn’t hear and so I said thank you again and she replied with uhhuh. Wow

I have applied forever credit Visa card and got approved instead they said it's a only in store credit card I only shopped there once and I don't shop there all the time .

At least 4 employees and their manager, just chatting about each other's outfits. Had to wait in line for 5 minutes cause nobody wanted to take care of customers

Lots of teen friendly clothes and accessories. Quality is okay and options are reasonable. Sale items are a steal for sure.

The prices are great here. I just wish they had what I needed in the size and style I needed it in. I found this was the case on several items. Maybe I will have better luck next time.
