Megan took such great care of me! She was super friendly and sweet, she knew the Fossil brand inside and out, and engraved my charm perfectly! She had me check the spacing and fonts beforehand to make sure it was perfect too. She also replaced my watch battery quickly and made sure my watch synched with the app. Thank you Megan!!!!

Rose and her team at the fossil store are awesome. I had my R2-D2 watch adjusted to make it looser on my wrist and also I had a battery put in my vintage fossil watch from the 90s. The team is so friendly. Sending good vibes to Rose and her team.

I just left the store because I had a bad experience with the girls that were working there. My mom and I arrived trying to buy a bag and while the boy who works there served us, one of the girls crossed between us and whispered something to the boy, after that the girl looked at us as if we had stolen something and mocked with the other girls while looking at us in a contemptuous way. the guy was always very nice and realized how arrogant the mean girls at his job were being
