Couple things, I didn’t get agreed when I walked into the store and i’m super cool with that, what is not correct is not crossing any word with the costumer except for trying to take the clothes away from INSIDE of the fitting room.
Nobody asked me if i where looking for something specific, any size, nothing…
I took 4 clothes with me, asked the 2 ladies in front if that was ok and if they wanted to check the clothes before I tried them on, they just said NO, then after couple minutes in the fitting room one of the ladies asked “ Hey girl is everything okay?” “ Can i take some clothes away from you that didn’t work out?
What is that? I have never ever been asked that not even in VS where you can try Panties and Bras so of course i feel disrespected and discriminated cuz Fun Fact i had a Pink bag with me and im Mexican so if that was the problem or maybe my outfit that it was sweats and a sweater, idk. I didn’t had to question myself for looking bad or looking like a thief.

Definitely need new management at this store, I called to discuss an issue my daughter had at the store today with Tiffany the manager. She talked over me several times and wasn’t very nice. Think it’s time we take our business to another store.

I went here before work today at 11am to return a pair of earings that broke after one wear. Still locked up, 1 hour after the store is supposed to be open. What a waste of my time.

Today was so stressful for me as I needed very specific items and in a super rush, I walked into Francesca's and was very warmly greeted by two women who asked if they could help with anything. I frantically let them know what I needed and they went right to work, they picked out items for me that went along with what I needed and were beyond attentive and graceful with my scattered self. I will 100% shop here again, I've always liked Francesca's as a store in itself, but this experience blew me away and they got me everything I needed. LIFE SAVERS, thank you beautiful sweet women!

My daughter loves this store and gets nearly all her clothes and jewelry there. Nice clothes that are cute and quality.
