This review is for the guys in the parts/service department. Had an appointment to diagnose an intermittent check engine light on my bike. Josh and Joey were very helpful at the front desk getting me situated and taking note of extra info to help the tech, Dylan, troubleshoot. Was in and out in about an hour and half. Dylan took the time to check the connectors related to the code. Joey gave me all the details with the code they found, how long it asserted for, and recommendations on what to look out for if the light reasserted. I appreciate the outstanding customer service!

Idk who it was or if it’s the correct store but an employee on a white bike Acknowledged a homeless man as I watched from QT. He went to sonic and bought the man food sat down with him and had lunch like they were old friends, it made me tear up watching the heartwarming interaction. He then went in and got the man things from shell which looked like personal care items for the guy sitting on the street. I watched them laugh and shake hands then rev his bike for him and leave waving goodbye. This worker of yours had an amazing heart and I can’t say how proud I was for the humanity shown as a rider myself , a father as well as a Christian. Truly god bless that young man. ?? I hope he sees this.

Came in recently and want give thanks, especially to Zach, who had helped out the entire time I was there. From showing me around the whole inventory to helping me with all the types of gear that’s recommended. Even helped me work with parts to fix my side by side. Overall had a great experience with RideNow and Zach, and will recommend them for any of your powersport needs.

Come in pretty often for service, gear, and shopping around etc etc. Brought plenty of friends to check out the bikes and they've all been happy with the sales department. I always send anyone interested in motorsports to my salesman Zach Hlas. Never had a bad experience with him. Ask for zach! He'll get you setup with a bike that not only fits you, but one you'll love!

Josh at the parts counter was extremely professional and helped me through the process of purchasing some merchandise. Was greeted right when I approached the counter and had all my needs met. I recently purchased a 2024 MT09SP from Ridenow on August 23rd. From the moment I walked in to the minute I rode off, they treated me like family. They were straight forward, no BS and wanted both of us to walk away comfortable with the deal.
Zach did an amazing job putting the deal together, Joey was awesome and explained to me what I should look forward to when servicing my motorcycle and the GM was transparent on the whole backend of the process.
10/10 would do it again! Thanks guys! ????
