I called them in the day that my insurance company canceled my policy and I got to talk to Amy Sanchez about my problem I had going on and she gave me couple of quotes that we be good for me and we settled on a new policy the same day. today I walked into the store is located in E. Pipeline Rd. in hurst I wanted to file a hell damage complain, and this lady in the picture her name is Iran was so rude and aggressive with me. I wanted to see if I can get a renter reservation for a car because I will drop off my car for hail damage repair. The lady said you already signed to reject any benefits of 20472 trucks or road assistant or even a rental I told her I didn’t sign for that like who would refuse that in full coverage insurance she was like oh the other guy that got fired, he let you sign it. I didn’t sign it. It was not me, it seems like my dad sign it but physically we didn’t sign anything. It was all made up for us. It was behind our back. It was not us. she asked me that does not make sense. Don’t kick me out from the shop. I didn’t even do nothing and I asked for her name. She told me you don’t have the right to know my name when she get off her desk and went in the front area of the shop. I took her business ID card, and I was ready to leave, and she pushed me in my chest and she told me to put the car down and the shop or she will call the police. She was treating me the whole time with calling the police. I told her it’s fine. Call the police. You’re the one that pushed me I didn’t do nothing for her and we are men. We are raised to not touch a woman,, but I don’t know a woman like her how she even got hired there they’re all scams Andrew and aggressive don’t even come to the shop it’s a agency. It’s not a real one. I already filed a complaint, but no response yet. I hope someone took my review seriously in contact me.

Today I walked in with no expectation. I explained to Amy I had a horrible experience at another insurance company and I need help with a better rate. Amy and the whole team was nothing but professional. I am so happy I walked in here. We laughed we cried, we saved money. I’m not saying it’s like cheers where everybody knows your name but it comes very close. These guys are awesome I will definitely be back. ??

My experience freeway insurance on pipeline was a very good one thanks to store manager Iran Angeles!
It was nice to see a familiar face when I walked into the office, since so many faces have changed over the months. Mrs. Angeles helped me deal with my situation and get me the insurance that I needed in a timely manner and professional one. Very kind and helpful, patient and very experienced at what she does, I believe she deserves a raise. She was able to reveal that the agency I was insured with had my VIN number wrong on my policy as well as was deducting too much money from my account without my permission or consent... I was so stressed out and frustrated but Iran helped see me through and got me another policy through another agency, helping calm me down and getting me insured again. Thank you for being such a great manager and patient person, if it weren't for you I don't know what I would have done or how the situation would have turned out. I hope you get a raise, they are very lucky to have you on their team!
