I absolutely love this store. We go at least once a week. I always find great things there. And the staff are amazing. They are so nice and helpful! Michelle is a real asset to the store. She does a wonderful job.

Stopped in the store on my way to work this morning hoping to find a couple of shirts that I could wear for work. I actually found 2. When I got to the front register, only one was open and had two elderly woman checking out but having a full blown conversation with the cashier. Shortly, a Second Lady came up and said sir, I can check you out on the other register. At that time, a Spanish man turned his half full basket in front of me and started handing items to the cashier. What a rude employee for not checking my 2 items out after she looked directly at me and asked me to go to her register. I put the shirts down and left. I don’t shop at thrift stores and the crap customer service is half of the reason.

They always greet you at the door with a smile! We recently purchased weights from them and were missing a piece. They worked hard to help us find the missing piece and were sooo very kind and helpful!

I love this place! Always super helpful and friendly staff. Clean and organized. Always super nice to my kiddo who is 18 months and loves roaming the store lol.... Good deals to be had here,make sure you go by!

Not quite sure why, but the prices seem to be a lot lower at this location then all the other goodwill’s in the area, but I’m certainly not complaining about it. Their furniture selection is usually pretty good too!

Wasn't pleased with the inside or with the more recent drop off experience. The girl working it was unfriendly and unhelpful. I had to figure out myself where to put what. Will not be returning.

Employee Ms.Kenzie.T at #29 store Goodwill store 825 W.Pipeline Rd.Hurst,Texas 76053 is always very awesome and amazing kind!!!!Oh Yes she is definitely brilliant and super knowledgeable about the company!! I wonder if Jesus Christ know that one of his most bewitchen precious angel is missing from heaven? What a blessing she is to everybody that works there and shops at this business!! I believe that the CEO should come down to meet her!!! I came truly say that the employees I have met thier have been very helpful and nice!!! I was just thier this morning buying some Hotwheels cars at 10:19am on7-26-2024!!! What a great honor to have met some of the staff here!!!

You can find some really good deals here. Just keep your mind open to the possibilities when you arrive. However, whomever stocks the clothes needs a little improvement. There is no rhyme or reason to the way things are hung on the shelves. You'll find small shirts where there are supposed to be 3X and up sizes. Makes it very hard to find your size and you end up getting frustrated
