I’ve never been inside I usually just do donations. The gentleman that works outside lacks customer service skills and personality. He never offered to help me with my donations. I usually have to drag everything out of the vehicle myself.

This is the most expensive Goodwill I’ve ever been to. They’re asking new prices for used items. I do not recommend this goodwill.

YOU ALL NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL HOW YOU PRICE STUFF!!! Picked up a picture frame that was priced at $2.99 and them go two aisles over and pick up a similar item and in worse shape and it's marked $9.99. You have to keep your prices on things consistent and set up your stores by item categories, but YOU DON'T!!!! I found a round frame for $9.99 and sitting all around it I see frames similar for $2.19 - $2.99, that's a crime!!! Also, your prices have went up on things to where it's not a thrift store price anymore. YOU ALL NEED TO BE CAREFUL PRICING THINGS AND BE MORE CONSISTENT! OMGGGG, IT'S A THRIFT STORE NOT WALMART!!!!!

I am a faithful donator that supports Goodwill. I also often shop here and do pretty well with the reward system when it's not being zeroed out by the vendor that corporatate has running the point system for dollar per dollar match. What infuriates me is the prices are set so high. As well as zeroed points. People who need to shop here as a first choice can't afford it. I am a veteran and happened to have worked for Goodwill on a military installation for their Career Service Specialist position (helps transitioning active duty personnel find jobs in the community).Why is Goodwill so expensive? I often offer to pay for an item or two llke children's shoes or clothes when families are having a hard time meeting the bill. This is not only about jobs but assisting local community members. I shouldn't be able to buy from Ross and Marshall on brand new items for the same price. Another thing....stop separating items that are sets and individually selling. Stop it!!!!

For the low low price of $22, you too can get a used floral bedsheet. Size is unknown so good luck figuring that out.

I have never been so insulted by a employee the way I just experienced at the goodwill in Hurst. I came to the goodwill today to drop off donations and the employees were pleasent and helpfu. I decide to go in to shop when I went to check out I asked how much these shoes were and the cashier accused me switching them with my ugg boots I was wearing. Which is absurd! So I told her to please review her security footage then she refused and said I'll just check you out. She was extremely ruded for no reason. I have never stolen anything in my life. I do not understand what her problem was? I'll never donate or shop here again. Hopefully she is just working off community service and it's not an actual employee. Extremely insulting person.

There is this woman, slender, brunette long hair, I guess she's the manager, she always looks tired and sleepy. She's not friendly at all; she probably hates her job. She never smiles and acts very sour and bitter. Please send her to intensive customer service training. She doesn't even know what that is.
