Good morning, bad customer service. We ask about a hair wash and they seen my wife hair and said we don’t have hot water or said we have a water leak but, any business should close because of health violation so please train your associates that you hired.

After receiving a disaster of a haircut at the other Great Clips location in Hurst (on Precinct Line Rd next to Target) I rushed over to this location before they closed. Ramie did an AMAZING job at fixing the monstrosity that the previous “stylist” had created. I’ll be visiting this location from now on! Thank you Ramie and North Hurst location!

Great clips in grapevine is the best in place and SALIMA is a good hairstylist here . I like the way she does treat you and does the hair cut. It’s hard to find a good hairstylist and I appreciate her dedication and passion towards her work. Thank you Salima.

Went for a haircut Friday and got the worst haircut of my life went back today and they tried to fix it but it unrepairable it's uneven patches missing and just an all-around terrible haircut the owner was supposed to call me back today and never did I'm going back tomorrow hopefully he'll be there so I can get this resolved

Highly recommend Staci! Great haircut every time for both my son and myself. Shes extremely nice, professional and personable with my normally reserved son, who is comfortable enough to chat with her. They keep the shop clean, the app is very useful and the rest of the staff is great too.

I am infatuated with my new hair cut – major change! And I owe this to Ms. Staci at Great Clips! I have super thick hair (it’s a blessing, not a curse). I normally let it grow past my waist, and then get it cut up to around my shoulder blades (annual haircut and usually at the nearest Great Clips). Well, I’ve been wanting a shorter and layered cut. I attempted this at home and failed greatly (as expected). So, I hopped online looking for the nearest store (kinda new to this area). Went in and Ms. Staci put me in a chair right away. I showed her my failed attempt and explained what I was trying to achieve. She nailed it! I cannot stop tousling my hair, nor staring at my new reflection! Just freaking amazing!! Ms Staci is a wizard with scissors! I love this haircut! Thank you, Ms. Staci - you have a repeat customer!
Footnote: Great Clips pricing is AWESOME! For those of us in the 90% (aren't we the majority??), it's a wonderful concept when a company keeps their prices affordable for the masses! And even with their affordable prices, they still offer coupons! AMAZING!!!
