Great service. I called to secure a 4 in box spring for my mom because her current bed was too tall for her to safely get in and out of. Heavenly Sleep did not have one in stock but promised to have one in the next day. True to their word, I picked up a new box spring the next day. I would gladly recommend them to others because of their friendly customer service and product knowledge.

I was in search of a new pillow and had read on Nextdoor that you could custom make a pillow at this mattress shop. Jim Potts was so knowledgeable & helpful! I’ve had neck issues for years and would wake up with my neck hurting if I didn’t use a certain brand, however I wanted to try custom making one when ready for a new pillow this time. I’ve been using my new pillow for about a week and I absolutely love it! You know what? If I didn’t I can take it back and add more filling or even try a different filling type. It’s like build a bear for a pillow! Highly recommend!!
