Ordered online to pick up at store never got a confirmation for pick up called customer service to be told the store forgot to check it in. Went to pick up to be told I couldn’t pick up since my boyfriend purchased but he sent me with email of purchase and card. Which understandable but to have the lady there looking at me like I was stealing something. Called customer service they reach my boyfriend and confirmed I couldn’t pick pick up they even called the store to confirm but no the lady said no. Customer service apologized they stated that the lady was causing unnecessary problems and I explained she wasn’t pleasant with me so left without necklace. Picked up this today to only hear an employee say it’s that online order. But to there surprise my boyfriend came with ID and card in hand they were just waiting for something to be wrong or missed to not give us the necklace. Worst service I’ve had. But to customer service you are amazing.

Helzberg at the Northeast mall is amazing! They’re always so friendly and quick to help with your needs. I’ve been gifted pieces from here and always come back here for inspections and have always been taken care of! Highly recommend!!

Hellberg Diamonds in North East Mall has been wonderful. Last August, Thelma helped my son find the perfect engagement ring for his fiancé. She was extremely happy with her beautiful ring.
When they went back to get both their wedding rings, Helzberg also gave my son a rubber wedding ring to work out with, so he doesn’t damage his wedding ring. Such a nice service.
I called to get my son an additional ring. Aimee helped me, and went above & beyond with her customer service. Thank you Aimee for all your help.
Helzberg Diamonds will definitely get all my jewelry business from now on.
Felicity helped too. I can’t say enough about how helpful the employees are at this location. You are all doing a wonderful job.
