Haylee's not as bad as the one star reviews say, this place is great, especially for the money. Holiday Inn Expresses in general have gone way down hill the past ten years but this one's a cut above the others.

The room was very clean and bright. It was a good size for a person in a mobility scooter to move around essily. Mattress was good, but not excellent. Breakfast was nice. The problem was it's not easy getting inside a bathtub and the chair is very misplaced. The rail was against my back and very uncomfortable. The soap and shampoo containers are mounted on the wall and were too difficult to reach. The shower hose was not long enough. The front desk person, Tyrone, was very courteous and helpful. He should be commended for his excellent customer service. All in all, it was a great stay. I would definitely stay again as long as I can get a roll-in shower.

Rooms and hotel need a lot of updating. Beds are worn, bathroom repairs were done by non professional. Rooms and hotel are smell and wall paper is peeling off walls. Try the Hampton next door

Stayed at this hotel this weekend to attend the NASCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway. When I returned to the room at 10:15 that evening I discovered that all of my medications that was filled last week with a 90 day supply was missing. I'm a disabled veteran and my medications are very important that I take them. After reporting the front desk that they were gone house keeping was called and nobody recalled seeing them. The front desk person came to my room and searched and was given access to everything in my suitcase, same results, no medicine. I was told that the general manager would contact me at 8 this morning. At 8:10 without hearing from them I was told by the front desk that they would call me in my room. when contacted the general manager wasn't even aware of the situation, I explained again and that was finally followed up by another search of my room by them yet still no medicine. I was then told they would contact their district manager. Three hours later I receive an email from the GM that their staff is trained to respect guests personal belongings and there was no evidence that their employees were involved, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and please choose them again for my future stays. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn and if this is how they treat veterans and especially during military appreciation month, I encourage other veterans not to either!

Stayed at this property while working in the area. The front desk was awesome, and it's an older hotel but very well maintained. Furniture and bedding were well kept and very clean. Parking is very spacious and safe. I didn't try the breakfast, but I'd definitely recommend this location.

Nothing fancy or modern, just a basic, nice, CLEAN room with a desk, fridge, coffee station, sink and microwave. All the comforts you need when you're away from home. We didn't use the swimming pool or the gym, but both looked nice. Close to plenty of food options, and the location felt safe.Rooms: The walk-in shower was unexpected and REALLY nice. I'm typically grossed out by hotel carpets, but ours looked so clean I thought it might have recently been updated.
