My 13 year old daughter bought a pair of shorts she thought were new. They smelled heavily of smoke and when she wore them for the first time she noticed there was a CIGARETTE LIGHTER in the pocket! Someone previously wore them, smoked in them, left a lighter in the pocket, and then returned them to the store for my daughter to pay full-price for them. When I called to let the store know, they made it sound like it happens all the time. Gross and dangerous. Thank goodness my daughter was honest enough to give me the lighter when she found it.

Unfortunately this hollister had to be the reason for this review however this review goes out to ALL hollisters. Your customer service is the absolute worst. It almost feels like your workers are purposefully avoiding customers by not engaging in eye contact and saying as little words as possible. I personally went up to the cash register to go ask for a fitting room and instead of the the guy speaking to me, he looked in my direction, spoke onto his radio to have another worker assist me, that said worker came over and couldn’t even say hello.
The workers never ask if you need any help, they never check in with you if you need another size, and its as if they just want to get their check and leave. Like I said, this isnt just this hollister, it is every hollister I have ever been to.

I would give zero star if I could. This location staff was extremely inconsiderate, especially after making a purchase made us sign up to email and phone number to get to use a coupon in next purchase. However it was short of 2 cents and refused to offer the promised discount.
Even when asked if there was anything in the store for that differential 2 cents value that I could buy to use the coupon they refused after consulting with the manager. Which store would not honor a customer discount for 2 cents?

Bad customer service, I was trying to pay a pair of jeans and there was 2 girls there and only one was working the other kept looking at us just on her phone and wouldn’t offer to check me out . I waited for 20 mins and I ended leaving .

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of jeans last Saturday that we’re on sale and I went to put them on and the Belt loop came right off so I went to exchange them and they would not work with me. I even tagged on the other one firmly to show her that. Hey this one is just faulty. The young girl explained to me that has never happened before like girl, there’s a whole stack of jeans over there and you’re telling me that I’m the only one this has happened to?! when they were obviously on sale for a reason. She said she cannot exchange without a receipt. I had all the tags on them. I do not appreciate that because we do a lot of business with Hollister. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Like Julissa said, a few minutes ago I went to go pick up my order from hollister, the rude shawtybae at the register cut me off mid sentence after SHE asked me for my order number. She then proceeded to gaslight me even though I had an order confirmation email pulled up. After she found my order (after trying to tell me it wasn’t there) she threw it on the counter as if she paid for it. I don’t know what she had for breakfast, but that attitude came unprovoked and out of nowhere. Customer service 0/10.

one of the girls here had an ugly attitude and I was not satisfied with her customer service . She’s built like shawtybae looks like she in her early 20s . Next time she look at me ugly I will pop her in the face and give her a real reason to look at me all ugly
