I had the worst experience at hurst Mitsubishi autoplex. I bought a Corvette, and within two weeks, it had issues. The dealership refuses to take responsibility. They were happy to take my money but won’t stand behind their sale. Avoid this place!

This is the worst place to buy a car from, worst experience ever to be a first time car owner , I’m not gonna name them for respect but literally from care service to management they all suck , will I ever buy from them again or refer , heck no try another place not this one… all they want is just your money … worst experience ever

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I had to open a case against them with the Texas department of Motor Vehicles after having the dealership broker a sale for me I still have no license plates after 3 months. The only reason I had them broker a deal was because they had sold two vehicles out from under me and did two credit checks. Which destroyed my credit, so I found a vehicle myself to use the check, and even that they cant get right.... still waiting for my plates...

Purchased 2024 GMC DENALI Ultimate on August! The car is great! Customized the way I wanted! I did have some trouble with the roof wrap lifting and pieces together on roof which should be no seams but took it to a local guy to have it redone and Hurst made the payment for it over the phone since I am not Texas resident. Sales experience was okay but not like the post I see on their social media. We were not picked up at airport we took Uber, which is fine and I knew a little more about the vehicle and the options than salesman just from my research as this is my first Denali. Finance exp was good, paperwork was sent via email and signed before arriving! When we arrived to pick up vehicle greeted by our salesman handed him the check, handed us the keys, walked around the vehicle looked inside asked a couple of questions about options that he answered and some he didn’t know! I figured it out! And we drove off! Literally 5 mins! My experience overall was good! I am not sure what I expected but not quite what I seen on social media as far as customer service! I would and have recommended a few friends to follow and look at Hurst!

Bought a charger hellcat from here salesman was terrible worst attitude, also never let me know they didn’t have the red key for it until we purchased it. I assumed they didn’t give out the red key for test drives so I didn’t think much of it at first! I don’t know if it’s because I’m Hispanic or because he has a terrible attitude, but he didn’t seem to act that way with other people or his co workers! All they gave me was the black key and at that is was a chrysler logo on it not the hellcat logo’s!

Never in my life I’d think I’d purchase a vehicle online, but Mr. Lon Wickham from Hurst Autoplex made car buying smooth and to the point, and I really appreciate that. Definitely recommend him to anyone that buying online, out town, state or whatever. ??

I were able to purchase a 2024 GMC Sierra ultimate. Mr LA Wickham was extremely helpful and made the purchasing experience easy. My truck was delivered quickly. My truck was better in person than in the photos. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here it won’t disappoint.

AMAZING place!! LA Wickham was super friendly and communicative, he made the whole process so easy!! Being out of state you would think everything would be harder, but it was super functional and made sense with these guys. They truly care about their customers and their vehicles, I HIGHLY recommend.
