Not worthy of your time going there. I was told after they could do the work, they told me to leave that they couldn't do the work, even after they scheduled a day to bring in the car. I was told we are like a McDonald's drive thru. In and out, no concern for customer needs.

Took our Porsche in for brakes and an oil change. Very good customer service. Had our vehicle back to us next day! We will definitely be back.

Took my 2006 Audi in with paperwork from the Audi dealership of listed repairs that needed to be done on my car (with pricing, about $5k). I asked if they could take a look at the needed repairs and give me another quote. They asked that I bring it in another day to leave the car. Upon leaving, my cousin who is with me at the time mentions 'they normally give a diagnostic fee, but I guess they don't charge". Mind you, Audi gave me a diagnostic for free! But Audi mentioned that in the beginning. Fast forward to today. I bring the car in with the paperwork of needed repairs, but the dos don't have the pricing from Audi. Rob is probing for more info about Audi prices to quote me THEIR prices. I leave the car and the paperwork. A few minutes later, I get a call from Rob stating he forgot to tell me the diagnostic will be $100, if I get the repairs the $100 will go toward repairs. I I ask why he didn't mention the fee the last 2 times I came and he says 'everybody else who comes in pays the fee, if you don't want to pay it pick up your car'When I walk in the office to pick up my car, my keys and paperwork are on the counter, I grab them and say thank you. While walking out, Rob says 'nothing is free'. I politely remind him that I simply came to get my keys and car and not to argue with him about the business...hence: me walking out. Needless to say, as I'm walking out Rob is still addressing me. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman, or how this works but my first impression was trash.

Always upfront and service oriented.They will never overcharge you for any unnecessary work just provide you with insightful suggestions that the car may need down the road.Highly recommend this place for any mechanical repairs and service!!!
