After multiple places kept misdiagnosing a months long electrical issue, I brought it by and Matt and his team had it identified and fixed within 2 days. They will actually take time to diagnose and communicate with you, and treat your vehicle like it is their own. Thanks so much guys.

Don’t believe what you read! I was in town from College station and came into some car trouble! Brittani was super helpful. She set me up with an uber so i didn’t miss my meeting while Nick and Matt were able to get my car back to me the next morning before i needed to hit the road. If I’m ever back in the area they will get my business and i will refer my partners to them.

I went to Matt and Brittani after going to another shop told me my vehicle needed a transmission. Brittani told me to get it towed over to them and they would double check it. Turns out it just needed a throttle body. They saved my thousands. Will definitely return because they have earned my trust.

Wish they lived up to their name
My family has been going to Integrity for years and always had a great experience until recently. I took my SUV in with a check engine light in last month, they did a great job of servicing the vehicle and the owner Matt called me to approve the work before it was done.
Last week, my check engine light came back on. I took it back and received a text stating I owed about $250 for a new gas cap and for a diagnosis that should have been covered under the warranty and work as stated on their bill. I called to ask why the work wasn’t covered since the same codes were given from the last “repair” they did in January. Before I could even ask the woman at the front desk started screaming at me, I asked her to please stop and she continued to scream at me, I asked to be transferred and was to a mechanic. He was the one who called another family member instead of me (the owner) to “authorize” the work, he admitted that he messed up.
I went in to pay in order to get my car back because I did not feel comfortable leaving it there with them. I have been waiting for a phone call from Matt for 3 days and still have not received one. I am extremely disappointed that this is way they are choosing to do business, I will never be back after this and I am going to report them to the BBB since obviously they don’t honor their warranty work or care for their customers.

Warning*** DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE***
I brought Integrity a car that was leaking oil badly ever since an emergency repair was done while out of town on a trip. The car has a turbo motor, and is complicated but I asked them if they could locate the source of the leak, and takes some pics. They told me that with difficulty they found the source, a bad oil hose “that should have been replaced at the other shop”. They also told me my car had an exhaust leak because it was missing a bolt on the exhaust pipe. They replaced the oil hose, and I paid them nearly $700. When I started my car to leave, I was shocked at how loud the muffler sounded now. The car had mysteriously lost the exhaust bold after I dropped it off at Integrity, and they were clueless. No problem, I drove home, and repaired the exhaust pipe. Before I drove the car again, I checked the oil level, and it was good. I then drove to Tyler area where I noticed the temp gauge was showing VERY HOT!! I checked the oil again, and it was extremely low. Turns out the car was STILL leaking oil badly. Thank god it didn't get hot enough to ruin the motor!! I topped off the oil, and drove back home. Took it back to Integrity since it still had the original problem. They told me that they now thought it a stuck PCV valve but they weren't really sure, and suggested replacing that & adding an oil catcher for aprox $1800 more (while learning how to do it). I told them I needed to think about it for a day. I called the next day Saturday but had to lv a msg because they’re closed on weekends. My msg said I would just pick it up, and take it elsewhere. Monday I was surprised when they handed me another bill for nearly $100 to diagnose the same problem they had already charged me $687.63 cash to diagnose & fix. (they charge you an extra 3% if you pay with a credit card) When I showed up, and calmly said I felt like I shouldn't be charge again (since the problem still exists) I was screamed at by the clerk Britany & technician who acted like he was on meth. The tech ran up to me, and yelled in my face that his time was worth money, and if I didn't want to pay, I could just leave the car there. I then tried to pay with a credit card +3% upcharge but Britany said I couldn’t, she would only accept cash or Zelle! I told Britany I dont use/have Zelle, and didn't have that much cash. "Too bad, go to a debit machine". In all my life, I have never been treated so rudely!!.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
I tried to call and get some information to help out a friend. Who was charged nearly $800, and then had to take it back because the issue wasn't corrected. They then charged him to diagnose the same issue again (in service departments, this is generally considered a "comeback" and the customer is not charged). Even after the second diagnostic, they still did not have a solid solution.
Call #1: Called this morning, I was told by Brittney "they would not speak to me about an issue with another customer's vehicle". Then she hung up on me (These are not medical records, it's common in our industry to have some else call to get a better understanding of the situation).
After repeating calling back, Brittney finally actually answers the phone, and again is extremely rude and unprofessional. Then hangs up on me again. Keep in mind at no point was I ever rude with her, used profanity, or raised my voice. I even asked her if we could speak about this situation in hypotheticals. Nope still refuses to speak with me, all the while yelling at me.
As a service manager in dealerships myself for nearly a decade. If this were one of my employee's they would be fired on the spot. If you are the owner of this business, I would actually love to receive a call from you.
If not, I guess you're okay with allowing a horrible employee to run your business into the ground.

Using Integrity this time around was the best decision I made. I used a different shop down the street for years, but the last few times the service has not been the same. A co-worker used Integrity after getting the same lackluster service down the street. I decided to try Integrity also when I had an issue come up with my vehicle. AMAZING! They even noticed something unrelated to my original problem and called and asked if I would like it fixed. It was something that was driving me insane for months, but the other shop said they didn't notice anything wrong.
Do yourself a favor. Go to Integrity next time you have an issue with your auto. They are very fast and very communicative. This is my new go to place for anything wrong with my vehicle. Thanks, Integrity!

Today was my first time at Integrity, and it was a great experience. I know very little about cars, how they work, and usually just get done whatever a mechanic tells me needs to get done. My CR-V had an engine issue so I took it in for a diagnostic. I expected to get told what needed to be done. What I received was a full breakdown of all the potential underlying causes. It was a mini Ted talk explaining to me what was going on, and I was so grateful to be able to know what exactly was happening & what I was paying for. Matt gave me complete insight and understanding into the issue. Any questions I had were heard & answered. I am blown away by the level of service and care shown by the staff. Moving forward, I will only be bringing my car here for all its needs. I finally feel like I can go to a place that I can trust, not only because they are extremely knowledgeable & efficient (my car was in & out of the shop in under 3 hours), but also they are transparent in pricing. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place.
