Curbside pickup is fast and easy

This store needs to get it together. It seems like they are ALWAYS out of the same items. And they don't ever restock. The Joann website thought certain items were in stock so I ordered for pick up and ended up having to go into the store later to find they were actually put of stock. My order was then cancelled and I lost out on the discounts I was going to get as a result (20% off a pick up order and $5 off coupon for completing a pick up order). As a customer this is very frustrating.
I placed another pick up order for another item a few days later. After picking up, I was waiting for my email with the $5 off coupon. It wasn't there. After a bit I went into the store to inquire about it. I asked the cashier and was simply brushed off and told it would be a few more minutes. I looked around the store for a bit and waited for the email. Still nothing. So I went to the fabric counter to get something cut and asked the employee there about my $5 off coupon. At first she also brushed me off and said "you have to talk to corporate about that. We don't give the coupons". And that seemed odd so I asked "well are we sure that someone didn't closeout the transaction after the pick up happened?" At that point she looked up my order and found that I was right. The transaction was not closed out which prevented the email from going through. As a customer this was frustrating and I encourage these employees to be a little more customer oriented in the future. The fact is, my order should've been looked up with the first person I asked.

"Unexpectedly closed" on a rainy day with no notification on Google, just a sign on the door when you show up. It's not that hard to temporarily change your Google hours and save us all the headache of driving on 121/183/820 in the rain just to be disappointed. A real indication of poor management, I will not be visiting this Joann's location again.

Went to JoAnns today and my experience was horrible , not only was the store disorganized but the young cashier with short hair, glasses and a nose ring is very rude. Will not be back !

The management of this store should be embarrassed. There was trash and disarray throughout the store and low to no inventory in many of the sections. It all looked run down and dirty.

I feel sorry for the poor folks who work here; this store seems chronically understaffed, which leads to a ripple effect of low stock, a big mess and a very long cashier line.
Went in with a return, and when I explained to the cashier I needed to return the two items, she rolled her eyes, huffed, and very sarcastically snipped, “Of course you do.” She then complained loudly through the return about how “complicated” this is (I had my receipt and original payment method), and she’s getting her manager.
While I love Joann’s, this store needs some love.

Went there right after church and there were no customers waiting to have fabric cut. So very excited!

I only come to this location if I need something in a pinch.

All kinds of goodies for you to look through. I found some gold plated finds for jewelry repair, some thread spools in colors I didn't have, 2 great smelling candles, and a lovely little bracelet with a blue heart on it.

My recent visit to Joann's Fabrics left me incredibly disappointed. Despite having my receipt and a genuine desire for a simple exchange, the employees refused without offering any explanation. The lack of courtesy and transparency in enforcing their return policy has left me feeling frustrated and genuinely disappointed.

I am not sure what has happened to this store. But it is so messy and poorly stocked and disorganized. And never any staff and closes early randomly. Was decent a year ago. Guess I need to find another one farther from me. Almost looks like this store is getting ready to close permanently.

Always a long line. Line due to cashiers who are so slow and overly talkative. 5 people in line today and cashier spends 5+ minutes talking to a little kid. Store was closing early due to no staff. Always messy and unorganized. Clearly management needs to be evaluated.
