We went to the mall to buy a pair of Heelys for our child. We stopped in Journeys and ask one of the associates (his name is Samson) if they had this particular brand and he said he would have to check because they were not on display. We left and went to the store right in front of Journeys and when we got out of the other store Samson was already looking for us to let us know he found some Heelys in the back. He made our child’s day! He brought some pairs, helped our child decide which pair to buy and overall had an amazing experience with this young man. He has great customer service skills,

Man I came up there last week trying to find my son some Chuck Taylors and I was having trouble getting them, and a very helpful employee Baylor ended up directing me to the shoes, and handled my transaction with respect and courtesy. Excellent customer service and a cool head of hair!

I bought a pair of vans online and tried them on, never wore outside of my bedroom looking in mirror then walked into my living room and they were extremely uncomfortable. Took them back to this store and the girl that worked there tried to accuse me of wearing them outside and that they had been worn on bottom. I LITERALLY never wore them outside of my house and longer than 2 minutes inside. Super rude. Will never shop here again. Horrible customer service.

I just bought a pair of shoes from here and when I walked out I didn’t realize they gave me two different sizes shoes. I should known something was up when the girl tuned her back to me to put the second shoe in the box

Went in there yesterday 10/12 around 10:30a looking for some Ugg boots. The person behind the counter was watching a video on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me. I had to walk to the counter for assistance. I needed a shoe size, she brought me a pair in a different color to try since the color I wanted was out. To make sure they fit. She didn’t offer to see if other stores had them, not impressed. Bought them somewhere else. She was nice when spoken to however.

PYXIE AND NOVA WERE AMAZING! they were so helpful. i called this morning to have shoes held. Pyxie literally talked to me for 10+ minutes while she located the shoes i was looking for! she was so nice and personable. NOVA greeted me with a friendly smile, and knew exactly what i was there for! awesome employees and customer service. i will be back! hopefully by then they get a raise (;

A person name jay, helped me and my sister today. The customer service was exceptional. Jay went to get multiple pairs of shoes, while we were clearing unsure of what we wanted. Jay was nice, patient, and helpful. Thank you for your exceptional service today jay.

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes for my girls. I received 1 pair. Customer service put me through the run around for weeks and then said they would not do anything. No refund or reshipment. Never shopping here again.

Very disappointed with experience at this store. I bought shoes for my kid last Sunday from Mall of America in MN. The employee at the store told me to keep the receipt if you like to return or exchange so I didn't keep the box as I had limited space on my carry on. My son tried the shoes and didn't like it so I went to Hurst location and asked store manger that I like to exchange the shoes. His first response was sorry but we don't return the shoes without the box and continue to clarify that we need box to scan the item. I showed him the receipt and said you can scan the receipt. Plus it doesn't state anywhere on the receipt that you have to keep the box or no return without the box. After store manager failed to show that receipt doesn't say anything about the box than he start looking at the shoe very closely and claimed these shoes are woren and receipt clearly said no return if shoe are worn. How many times people come to store and try the shoe on and get the soul dirty sometimes. The manager was very rude and needs better training politly deal with customers

I appreciate the service provided today buy a young man. Nice to know younger generation are still chivalrous and helpful:)Details:went in to find correct shoe size for a separate online order -the salesman in him offered to locate and order the pair for me which kudos but I already knew they were sold out..Even though there would be no commission helping me he still did, engaged with me, and was nice enough to lace up a pair so I could confirm the fitThanks dude.

Not friendly customer service
