Seems like theirs always something wrong w/ the self checkout. Also a lot of sales that aren’t even that good, like “Buy 5, get 1 25% off” or something that isn’t even worth it

Well stocked compared to neighboring Krogers. Nice employees and nice customer service area. Meat section is just okay.

This store in Bedford is older but in decent shape. A very nice selection, store is clean and employees are helpful.

The veterans that have worked there are AMAZING! I quit coming to this store for a long time, the sewer smell, the other employees working as if they’re slaves when a manager shows up!! Produce has more rotten items and bugs than I’ve ever seen!! I pray cooperate shops here and feeds this to their family! This store has got to do better!!!

My frustration with this store is that when I do pick up orders they give me items that are expiring the day of. Chicken which best by freezer date is the day I purchased it. When I go into the store I never pick those items and that because they are at a reduced price. Which by the way are not at being sold to me at a reduced price. Its happen in 3 separate occasions now. I don't see my self making any more purchases at this location. I will probably stick to albertsons, pricier but safer.

I have a problem pulling their digital coupons up to scan. It's my fault!! I belong in "dumb people" category!! I shop here 2-3xs weekly. Every time they see me scanning w/my phone out they "know" so they walk right over & help (aka do it for me). They do this every time & have shown me every time but I still forget. I always tell them I need the "dumb people" directions tattooed on my arm. We have a good laugh each time. I like the store & their prices on most things. I usually shop in evening after work & night crew are a good, patient, funny & very helpful team. They are respectful, helpful & do their jobs well. I'm glad I live near this one b/c the other Kroger's I've been to are a disappointment.
Some of them know I have a seizure disorder & have taken care of me the few times I've unfortunately had an episode in their store. Thank you Pipeline team!
