I came into Lens Crafters immediately after eye exam and Jessica greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. She was very patient, helpful in choosing, but most of all honest. I enjoyed my experience with Jessica and the way she gives awesome customer service! I highly recommend her for anyone who graces the doors of Lens Crafters!š„°

The assistant manager, Jordan, was incredible! He helped me select glasses today and walked me through different lens options. I felt cared for and like my concerns were listened to. He did this even as a group of other customers came through the store.
