I have nothing but positive things to say about the selection here and the customer service. Harold was incredible to work with. While I chose to make a purchase from a company with better financing options, I have to say Harold and the knowledge he provided while shopping was great!

I used to love Macy's... but, I recently ordered a box of candy to be delivered for mother's day and it came completely melted, a total mess. Their solution... bring it to a store for a refund. Ridiculous, if I could do that I wouldn't have ordered it online in the first place... Very disappointing!

Michelle in the makeup department was very helpful and knowledgeable! She made the visit enjoyable for my sister and I and gave us great foundation recommendations. We did have to wait a little bit due to the Christmas rush but overall the service was great. I will definitely visit this Macys again to purchase makeup/skincare!

Macys as a brand has gone downhill for sometime now. This particular store is horrible. Merchandise is strewn everywhere. The store smells. The bathrooms are filthy. The store staff is unfriendly and they only have a few registers open. I don't care how much of a sale y'all have it's not worth it.

What has happened to Macy's?? What used to be a nice store is now trashed in every department. If it was just one visit 'maybe' I could get over it but never would have expected Macy's to become a glorified garage sale. As an anchor brand they should be ashamed.

I have been looking for a dress for a wedding in September, and Macys definitely had the biggest section. Had lots of different colors and different styles. Wish there was a few more employees around to help answer questions. Hey Macys, Sharmaine, is a rockstar. I went to the customer service counter to check out because I literally didn't see another employee at a register close by. She not only was sweet, she helped me and a customer on the phone in a professional tone. I couldn't remember if I had an account or not so I tried a few numbers, and she didn't get upset with me at all. 5 stars for her!

Had to exchange my Mac Cosmetics Foundation to a different brand and shade. I chose the Bare Minerals Brand and I am completely happy!! The sales associate ( also named Karla) was VERY helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. This is my " go to" place when I need to purchase my Bare Minerals makeup products.

I went to Macy's during New Year Day and they have a decent sale on shoes. I picked up boots and had another delivered to my house due to stock shortages. Unfortunately the boots that were delivered didn't fit and I ended up returning them. However Macy's happened to continue their sale on boots and I was able to exchange mine for a bigger size. The newer pick up place (level 1 customer service) is hidden, so a prominent sign would be helpful. The lady at the customer service was fast and helpful. Thankfully these boots fit, the price was unbeatable and now I know to check out Macy's for riding style boots

I ALWAYS order online and just pickup in store, so my review is based on that experience. I am surprised at how fast the ship to store is! I ordered some stuff and within two days I received an email telling me it was ready for pick up (these items were NOT available in store obviously). So even if your item isn't in store, it could arrived fast from the warehouse. Also, the times I've come to the pick up desk (1st floor, ground floor near Melbourne road), the cashier has been helpful, not rude at all. They might ask what you ordered so they know if it's a bigger item (I'm assuming they have the bigger items in a different area than smaller). No problems there. The reason I deducted a star was because the actual area this mall is located isn't the newest, it's a bit run down. This last time I visited (yesterday) something happened that made me hurry into my vehicle and lock the doors. But I'm over protective when I'm out with my child. Anyway, not a bad experience, Macy's made it easy to buy name brand products and pick them up fast!

Went in to look at mattresses and was laying down on some to test and a worker told us to get up in a rude tone and didn't offer any help. do not come her for mattress if you are young.

Do not ship to the store. I ordered a bunch of stuff during the holidays. Some of the items were a two piece bathing suit, a jacket for my son, and a bunch of shirts. THEY (the store) lost my all of those items. The bathing suit, I got the bottoms and not the top, the top was then sold out so I couldn't get that, the jacket in the size I ordered was sold out, so I reordered a size up, and the shirts I ordered were sold out. I was really nice when I went to the store and got only a few of my items after being told they lost the other items but the package had been recieved. They said a manager would call me the next day. I gave it two days and called the manager myself, she said she would look for it and give me a call back. Never recieved a call and when I looked at my app everything had been refunded and SENT BACK. So I tried calling and calling and no one would pick up, so I called customer service and was told it was Macy's policy that the employees at the store do not answer the phone during the holidays. I'm sorry what? That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. When I asked about my jacket I reordered she said it should be there in two days. I have an extremely busy work schedule during the holidays and wouldnt be able to pick it up in two days. She then informed me they would hold it for 48 hrs and then it would be sent back. I asked her if she could put a note on file (since its policy to not answer the phone) that I would be there on my next day off. She just said No. I asked if she could help me get through to the store in any way since it wasnt close to my house and I was working over 50 hrs a week at the time and my work was even farther away. She said No I cant. So the jacket was also sent back because the store was closed everyday at the end of my shift. It was the worst customer service I have recieved in a long time and the reason I'm writing the review now is because it's well after the holiday season so maybe they will take the time to read this since they couldn't be bothered with me during the holidays.
