Ana needs to train the employees better - we were actually told by one of her employees that “we don’t accept gift cards electronically” later Ana explained if you want to use an electronic gift card you need the “original email” that it came with it - very unprofessional and confusing

Kris from the checkout counter is really sweet & helpful. I had to return multiple orders a couple months ago. I was stressed out because it was too much to carry. I was looking for a shopping cart but there was none. Kris offered me help & carry my boxes back & forth with me. My orders were from clinque, she even assisted the clinque sales lady to refund me and it took them some time. If a supervisor or executive member is reading this, she deserves a raise or promotion for her kindness. She’s such a treasure for your business!

Harold Katz in the furniture department inside North East Mall was friendly, informative, detailed oriented and cared about our needs for a new bedroom set. We keep coming back to Macy’s to furnish our home to continue receiving customer care we enjoy.
