We went to purchase a fridge, stove, washer and dryer!!! We waited like 30 minutes looking around to see if someone would come and help us out. Since we noticed NO ONE went, we ask an employee that was by the entrance if he can help us out and he said that was not his department. So he "supposedly" called someone. We waited 20 min more no one came... We went again and ask... they said that they there wasn't anyone in that department for us to come back the next day!!!! This is just so unprofessional.... There's was no manager, no employees, no one that could help!!!! Why are y'all even open!!!!

Came in and was greeted at the door. Was approached by Jeff on my search for BOSE earphones. He was a very nice, polite, and poignant guy. Up to par with his product knowledge and provided me multiple options when deciding my purchase. Product was in stock, top notch experience. Thanks again Jeff!

Bought an overpriced iPad screen protector for $25. Amazon has the same product with 3 sheets for $14.95.... But I wanted them to put the sheet on so I bought one at Best Buy. I asked the associate to put the screen on my iPad and the the Geek Squad wanted to charge me $9. Then I asked the iphone associates who were not busy to please put the protector on since I just spent $25 and they wanted to charge me $14! Why in the world would they start charging that amount of money to paste on a screen protector!!??! I will never buy from this store giant again. It's overpriced and they basically charge you for walking in the front door these days. Shop around and stop paying for big corporations to get richer. I'm done. Best Buy your new company policies are absolutely hideous. Shame on you.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Called them for an install of a subwoofer in which they said the price was $20. Called back 2 times to confirm price because that sounded low, TOLD THEM I live 2 hours away and wanted to be sure. After their assurance that's their price and it would be done today I'm told when I get here they can't get to it today and it's 120.00 not $20. When I explained the above the tech just claimed there's nothing he can do. Seriously don't shop here. Highly unprofessional and a waste of time.

Once again we were bamboozled, hadn't been here in over 25 years. Now I remember why!! Purchased a computer at the store on hulen was shipped to my house by the next day In the meantime realized they lied to us about the resolution, so went to return the next day after receiving it via UPS. Arrived at the hurst store for the return, their manager Dewarren informed me he was unable to process the return because "their system " was still showing it hadn't been delivered. Crock of crap! It was to take 24 hours for their system to update, why do they make their problem my problem!! I was very disappointed so I went to my car called the 800# spoke to Antonio & by some miracle he was able to Manually update the system, what a concept!! I tried to get Dewarren to do this but seems that "going above & beyond" and good customer Service is GONE!! Lost me again as a customer Best Buy for another 25 or maybe for Life!!! I do not like you!!

Bought a computer and paid for it with my credit card (my name on receipt under credit card number). Because husbands name on acct they brought up and even though my cell number and email is on it, I cannot pick up my computer. The person ringing up my order knew who it was and did not make sure my name was on pick up and my name was on order. Security policy failed. Supposed to keep people from picking up other peoples merchandise...not in this case. Sounds like a sexist policy. Staying away from this store!

I ordered a camera from BB. The day after I ordered the camera, BB apparently delivered it to the USPS. USPS is a joke. USPS loses more stuff than they deliver. BB then gives me a choice because they tell me the camera I ordered was out of stock, a refund or buy a more expensive camera. Nice try, BB. This was complicated by the fact that the several sorta customer service people with whom I spoke were in Bangladesh and Guadalajara. I thought they had all moved to the US where US taxpayers who must be vaccinated are paying for their everything while they are not required to be vaccinated. When I asked to speak to a supervisor after being put on hold 15 times, I was told that a supervisor could not help me. America the beautiful! Home of the baloney. Best Buy should change their name to better reflect who they are and how they do business.

I tried to talk to someone at the Best Buy in Hurst Texas today. I wanted to talk to a person so I could ask questions about a computer. Well they don't take phone calls to my suprise at this location. When I finally talked to someone the person I talked to hung up on me.

I have an iPhone that was really messed up. I have ATT service and bought the phone there. They had no idea what was wrong and told me to take it to Best Buy. Best idea ever. The Geek squad technician David was amazing! He was so kind to me and knowledgeable about my phone. He knew exactly what was wrong and repaired it on the spot. If you are having a problem with your electronics I highly recommend Best Buy and David!

I was straight up LIED TO! I was told I was paying $79 for my warranty. The woman helping me claimed that if my phone broke, I could easily come trade it in for a new one with the "warranty" in a matter of seconds. Well the phone broke, and because Best Buy has all phones turned off I had to drive up there only to be disappointed. The "warranty" I thought I already paid for requires me to make ANOTHER payment of $104 for a servicing fee! Keep in mind that I was literally promised a brand new phone. I was scammed and am rightfully upset. DO NOT TRUST BEST BUY WORKERS

Not a long review. When you've been to one Best Buy you've been to them all I believe. I went to pick up some ink for the printer so beloved could finish her homework. Location was good for a newbie driving in Dallas. I was able to get in and out and back on the highway to Bedford easily. I did order online for pick up in the lot. That was a very smooth transaction.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. My husband and I walked in to a purchase a tv for our new home. When looking at the TV'a NO ONE offered to help. There were several employees standing around chatting and laughing, as well as looking at their personal phone. We attempted to leave and come back 2 hours later to see if the costumer service would change and it did NOT. We finally approved the TV section counter where one employee was. MY HUSBAND had to speak to him first BEFORE the guy acknowledged him. Once he asked my husband what TV we wanted he proceeded to get on his personal phone and not respond. He looked at the wall where it was and said "oh we don't have it". The employee did not even attempt to see if the TV was in stock. We left and drove an hour away to a different Best Buy because of how horrible our service was. Best Buy in HURST can get fucked.

We purchased a tv online and attempted several times to have it delivered. When we showed up at curbside pickup to maybe be see if we can swing it fitting in the SUV we were redirected to wait in line because it would not fit. The associate recommended we could have it delivered even though we explained that this route was already attempted. After explaining the issues the associate assured us that customer service would help us and that it may be a glitch with the website with no being able to deliver. Fast forward we waited in line to only be told it could not be delivered and the TV we already had purchased was sold out. How does that even make sense? I paid for a tv that's not in stock and that you could not deliver. Needless to say we got a refund but we won't be using location ever again.
