“We came here to get tested for covid and I am so thankful we did. Once we were finished they said they also administer vaccines if we needed one. We already had scheduled at another clinic for the vaccines. We went to the other clinic and while we were sitting in the parking lot they told us the scheduled us incorrectly and only had my husband and I listed not our kids that we already signed out of school to take care of this. I called Dr. Joy and told her what happened. She and her MA told us not to worry and they will make it happen. They saw us short notice and Dr Joy was so kind and gentle with the kids. We are in awe of the love, patience and care Dr Hoy has for her patients. Very grateful for her.”

“I made an appointment a few days before my draw date because I had to be fasting for these labs. I was able to get a convenient early morning appointment time. I was reminded via text the morning of my appointment on how to check in remotely-via my phone. I was seen promptly upon arrival-only had to wait 10 minutes maximum. the technicians are professional and kind. They are also efficient-they not only have to draw the blood, they have to manage the administrative aspects as well, such as checking insurance. I APPRECIATE having this location available. it is always clean.”

“The technician that draws my blood is amazing! I have autoimmune disease which means I get labs done 3 sometimes 4 times a year. The same young lady has drawn my blood almost every time I go and I never even feel the needle stick. She’s just wonderful at what she does.”
“I always get excellent service at Quest on Randol Mill. It is easy to set up an appointment. I get a reminder before my scheduled time with a link to check in. I can also check in with my ID and insurance card on the kiosk in the waiting room. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room and my blood draws are always quick and virtually painless. The staff are always pleasant and caring and get me in and out quickly, eventhough I'm a tough stick. I will never go anywhere else.”
