My son dropped his phone in water so I was on a tight budget to get him a replacement. The gentleman was very helpful and helped us select a phone that was good as well as affordable.

Very pushy salesman came in to become a new customer saw that if you switch some phones are free immediately the salesman asked me how much I'm trying to spend told him no more than $200 he proceeds to show me a phone worth $300.00 at that point I decided to leave and he started going down on the price which tells me he was trying to play me for a fool I won't come back to this location again

EMPLOYEES sell you used phones as brand new, announce your number TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS, and your new phone might just be much slower than your 3 year old outdated phone. I should never have gone to this place. I think there is some illegal activity between a specific employee and his friends appearing as customers. My experience:I walk in to assess if my phone is eligible for upgrade and nobody was in the store. The employee pulls out 3 phone boxes from underneath the register and tells me which one is 'best' for my needs so I chose it. It was not a brand new phone. It was the sample phone they used to show other people, and the employee would not get me a brand new one in a brand new box. We discussed aspects of payment and I pay for the phone as 'customers' are walking in. We had already discussed absolutely everything there was to discuss, I had already paid, and then the dude randomly YELLS, 'OK...PHHONNEE NUMMMBBBERRR **************** ISSS GOINNNGG TTOOOO BBEEE OONNN TTHIIISS PPHHOOONNEE' and he holds the phone up as if I didn't already know my own number and didn't know I just intentionally transferred the number to that phone.THAT IS NOT IT. My phone was acting strange IMMEDIATELY. It was showing me texts not in my phone. If I started a new text thread (i did not transfer ANY numbers) and the thread was filled with people talking about having a 'girls night' ......then all the messages disappeared. They weren't for me and they weren't from me.THAT IS NOT IT. On top of my brand new phone somehow coming with 40% of memory already used up, on top of my phone somehow showing messages that I never sent or received, and on top of my phone FREEZING over and over again, THE EMPLOYEE ALSO SIGNED ME UP FOR SOME SPECIAL DEAL I NEVER ASKED FOR, WAS NEVER ASKED ABOUT, AND NEVER APPROVED. Now there is a $38 mystery charge on my debit card from the same day I got the phone, AND a monthly, recurring, $9 for some stupid special service I have no idea what it is even for.THE EMPLOYEE IS BEHAVING IN NON PROFESSIONAL MANNERS, AND IT SEEMS HE'S LINING HIS POCKETS BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. I am not happy and there is a pretty good chance I'm going to throw this phone away and never go back to metro pcs. if they do not resolve this issue there will not be a next months payment and everybody I know will know what happened.The employee knows what he's doing and he's doing it on purpose

Well to be honest I've had some trying experiences with Metro but they try pretty hard to resolve them. So far I give them 4 stars because of the problems I've had but I will say they do resolve them. Thanks Metro.

The young man at this metro with glasses, was an extreme help. I didn't get his name as it was 7:58 and they close at 8pm. He did not rush me nor turn me away. He was at expert level for the assistance I needed. He explained all the parameters of my purchase clearly and efficiently. I can appreciate his knowledge as well as his patience.

We got a replacement phone by mail for a damaged phone. We could not activate the new phone, however, and dropped in for assistance. Maryam (sp?) Was super helpful and got the phone activated for us. We have had only really good experiences in this store and she has helped us the last several times we have been in.

Rene' and Clay are the best.. After having such a horrible experience at a Metro PCS in Dallas, I had to come to a corporate store, so they could clean up the mess from what the other store had done. Rene' sold me the Moto Pure, she took her time with me. She recognized, my frustrations but she didn't give up. She made sure the new phone was completely set up, transferred all my data over, even showed me how I could get back into my FB acct after being locked out for weeks. The guy that works there is horrible. I’ve been there twice an I won’t be there a 3rd time. He doesn’t want to do is his job and is over charging. It’s ridiculous I use to work at a Metro not to long ago so I know prices and procedures he wanted to charge me $17 for a SIM card that Metro actually charges $10.83 he told me he couldn’t transfer my line to another phone because I’ve already did it already once before, and then told me maybe corporate can help me! Horrible service. I asked him if he can check if a phone was unlocked and he refused
