I ordered a handbag on 12/12 for pickup at this store. Called on 12/12 they told me they needed a confirmation email and it should show up on 12/13. Called on 12/13 and they sold the handbag on 12/12. Come on now!!

Spend lots of money on my wife yearly here and loving giving her gifts from this company. Got her a watch for Christmas that was too big. We called the hurst location to ask about watch sizing and they said we can do that in minutes bring it right in. When we got there, the girl in the front gave us and the watch a 2 second look asked if we purchased it at that location (which we got it online from the company.) She then proceeded to tell us since we didn’t buy it in store if she damaged it while sizing it she wouldn’t be able to replace the item and sent us to Macy's after we had to ask where can we go to get it sized then. In the last 5 years I’ve spent $9,000+ on things for her from this company and we are mad at how we got treated today.

I went to this store to exchange a wallet my husband gave me as a gift. The customer service there was very poor. The ladies were arrogant and dismissive. They kept saying it had been bought at an outlet store, I pointed out that in the receipt there was no way to know this. They said I should have called the number on the receipt to be sure if it was a regular store or outlet. Terrible experience!
