I love going to Michael’s for all my crafting needs and was so disappointed today with the customer service. I completely understand self checkout but when the employee is sitting down behind the desk on her phone and not even acknowledging a customer walking up to check out is so crazy. On top of that I asked a simple question and she sounded annoyed that I asked. When I wanted to remove the item she also seemed so annoyed that she took her time to get up and remove it. I could not see her entire name on her name tag but her name was either Caroline but it definitely started with a C. I wish the customer service was better from these employees, I wasn’t even greeted when walking in. Do better.

Good Customer service, I bought a singer sewing machine and it was on sale online but the in store price is different. The manager price matched the product as advertised on the website.

They have a great variety of products and if you sign up for their emails you get several coupons every week! Plus, the employees are usually patient and friendly. Love shopping at Michael's!

Went in for the framing. Absolutely beautiful items and never fails to impress me with all the beautiful things. Pricing is fair and consistent. Items are quality and you can find almost anything at this store!
