The store manager was very rude with us returning a ring we bought that was defective and told us we couldn’t return it and get our money back even if we called customer service. We then called customer service on the way back home and she sent us a gift card with the exact balance we spent and returned the ring.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The manager checked in on us twice. Sandy was patient and showed us everything we asked. We bought 2 beautiful rings.

Great customer service it was a young lady name Amber helped us out and she was very sweet and helpful and also another person that stand out was a black man I didn’t get a chance to get his name but he was most definitely working the floor and multiple customers. I will be back

I placed an order online for pickup, and the charm I wanted was only available at this location. I’m not sure why this location has bad reviews—my experience was great. Mya greeted me as soon as I walked in and was so helpful from the start. I originally had a bracelet scheduled for pickup at another store, but it ended up being canceled. Mya helped me find a new bracelet for my niece and made sure everything was just right. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great customer service!

Where do I start? I love Pandora jewelry but the last few pieces of jewelry I've bought have been damaged within weeks and I've paid for my guarantee. I've been to other Pandora stores near my house and all 3 stores have very rude girls. They're all rude. They've made me wait outside the store and they never help me I try to speak and they act so rude they don’t want to clean my jewelry even with the jewelry guarantee. “Arlington parks mall” and “Pandora cedar hill” is what I talking about They always been very badly.
But the girls at this store surprise me. They've always very nice. They're very kind. I had to drive an hour to get help and I left this store very happy. Thank you very much, girls always come back ❤️❤️

Don’t know what’s going on with these Pandora stores. I’ve been to both stores and it’s been a horrible experience. Came to this store and was browsing looking at the charms I ask one of the girls do you have 14k solid gold and she said yes and showed me the ones they had. I looked at it and knew right away it was gold plated not solid gold. When I asked her again if it was gold she said yes so I told her 14k solid gold for these prices. She looked at me like she didn’t know what to say or what she was doing. Pandora really needs to hire experienced people not people who will be rude and not knowing what they are doing. As a person who loves my pandora collection I would expect better customer service.

If i could leave no stars I would, service is terribke here We came in here and the lady put our names in the system, we waited about 30 mins doing nothing just waiting for our turn, and I was wondering when she was going to call us and when I asked her she said in a very rude manner, you are not even on the list and she didn’t do anything to help us, waist of time

More interested in standing around rather then helping customers. I seriously cant explain how frustrating this was. I knew what ring and what size i needed. Was there for 15 minutes and never once helped. Theres one that stands up front “taking names to check out” that then yells your name like some kind of restaurant. why make an overcomplicated system that doesn’t work and leaves customers frustrated.

The customer service is not very good at all I wish they would do better on telling customers that there are half sizes instead of just giving two options for sizes because now I feel like my money is wasted since I have having to wait for customer affairs to help me exchange my ring.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I walked in and two employees were helping two ladies. Okay fine cool I'll wait. And I wait and waited and waited. Almost 30 minutes go by. I noticed a man walked behind the counter and I got his attention to be helped. He blatantly ignored me. Two girls walked in and went up to the counter and the man walked right over to them and started helping them. I tried to say I was here first and have been waiting and was ignored. I waited over 40 minutes for a simple charm. The girl who had red hair finally got done with someone and came to help me but was extremely rude and short. I've spent over 2000$ at Pandora and was treated like I wasn't even there. Extremely disappointing and they need to do better.
