To the big lady with red hair and a tattoo on her face working today 4/10/24 & old lady with blonde ish hair working behind the register at around 2-3PM go back to school and learn how to be nice. Wasn’t even greeted at the store. Took about 20 min before one of them decided to even ask if they could help. Mind you they weren’t even doing anything.

I bought a ring for my girlfriend for our anniversary and one of the diamonds fell out of the band of the ring. I called this store and asked if I could do an exchange since I know there is a one year warranty on your product once it is purchased. When I entered the store, I wasn’t greeted once and the employees looked like they didn’t even want to be working. I asked about the ring and they barely even looked to see if they had it and just told me very quietly that they didn’t have it. The girl talking to my girlfriend and I barely spoke up and we could barely hear a word she said. We were waiting to figure out what she said and the other employee very rudely said “sorry, bye” and we walked out. We will never return here. I’ll take my service to a better location where the employees are actually nice.

Extremely rude staff.There is absolutely no signage that says there’s a line to be made to enter and there was not anything to indicate you couldn’t come in. When I entered and simply just took a glance the employee very rudely asked me to get in line (which was non existent) and rolled her eyes. Of course, after that terrible encounter, I simply walked out and left. I would never return to this Pandora as the staff is extremely unprofessional, bitter, and clearly they hate their job or life.

Let me just say I've been going to this Pandora in NE Mall since 2016 but today 10/21/2023 was the only time I received an exceptional customer service from the sales associate named Shirlette. At least that's what the name tag says. They were pretty busy since it's a Saturday and I was looking around patiently waiting for my turn and Shirlette approached me as soon as she was done with another customer before me. She asked if I needed help and if I was looking for anything specific. I told her the new heart bracelet gold plated was what I was interested on. She showed a couple sizes for me to try on and a zodiac charm. Unfortunately my size wasn't in stock so I just ended up purchasing the charm. Shirlette was very nice & professional. She was patient with showing couple different options and remained that and respectful even I only bought the charm. I commended her personal pandora collection she have on as well. It was just a nice and chill experience on a Saturday at that store fromShirlette. I took a star off cuz they didn't have the bracelet I wanted in my size but I still bought the charm tho. Will be back orMaybe order online.

I came into the store looking to buy 2 gold rings. I walked around for a minute with no help offered. 4 associates in the back chit chatting.An older gentleman walks in and he's helped promptly by an older black woman.As I walked out she asked if I needed help, I guess not since I wasn't greeted or acknowledged till I left, she said "okay".I'll take my buisness elsewhere.I don't mind getting a better quality ring at a more expensive competitor if I'm treated with respect.

Every time I come in I’m never greeted, I work retail as well, it’s nothing to say “hi welcome in”, it’s a specific worker at this location who always has an attitude, but I look past it to get in and out since I’m already there. This last time I came in with a broken charm I purchased 4 months ago, I didn’t want a refund or store credit I simply wanted the exact same charm because the chain snapped and I really liked it, she didn’t even check before saying she didn’t have it and I needed to call customer service to get my issue resolved. Wouldn’t recommend ….

If i could give it no stars would be great girls that work there are so rude the lack of customer service is unbelievable I went around the store three times before I finally asked one of them to see a ring when i asked for a certain size she rudely said no I’ve been to other pandora’s and they’ve been great but this one needs a definite change

I was waiting on the rings to be brought to me, while I was explaining that the rings that were purchased YESTERDAY were already scuffed and the young girl at the counter cut me off and said "we will not return it". No other options, no sort of explanation as to what can possibly be done, just straight cut me off. I didn't even get the chance to say that I needed one exchanged for a smaller size... she walked off and grabbed a another associate so that she could get me to explain the story again, just to say the same thing and then offered to get it polished. I get the policy, but it wasn't even started when the rings were purchased?? This place blows. Hundreds of dollars on jewelry that's already showing signs of wear & tear after ONE wear - just for it not to fit. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

recently went to this location to purchase jewelry , we walked in stood there looking at the jewelry for what felt like 15 min waiting for a worker to approach and attend us since we were the ONLY customers , zero out of the FIVE workers did not even ask us what we we’re looking for or what we needed help with we decided to just walk out.If i could give 0 stars i would.
