Great place take my dog for dog day camp and they have a whole bunch of location. He always has a good time. Staff is always friendly.

I took my cat for grooming (a bath, nail trim, and his hair), and I specifically asked for a trim around the private area and to shave as much as she could on his body. 10 minutes after dropping him off, I received a phone call that he was ready to be picked up. When I got there, his carrier was full of his hair, as if she had done her job inside the carrier. I asked her nicely if I could see what she had done, and I was shocked at how he looked. There was no difference before and after (the bathing was not done, only nail and parley-trimmed hair). I went to the register to pay, which was $77 for a service that was not even completely done , and they mentioned a 20% off would be applied, which will bring my total to $66. I spoke to the manager, and after going back and forth, I ended up paying $60. That’s too much and not fair for a service that is not done. I know that my cat is aggressive, but you could simply call and let me know that you are not able or capable of doing your job instead of mentioning that my cat attacked you. So I could simply take him to a place that could do the service I asked for and leave without paying that much money.
To the lady who got involved when it wasn’t any of her business and told me you are not welcome here anymore, believe me, I will not bother myself and step to a place that steals customers money and lets them leave with unhappy service.
To the manager who simply told me “I can’t help you, and I’m not in charge of the grooming salon” and he was rushing himself because he doesn’t want to help. Please find a job that will suit you. I can tell that working in a warehouse will look good on you (I don't believe you will need to talk to a customer since it's something you clearly don't want or don’t know how to do).

Outstanding staff and hotel. I was so nervous because my dogs have never been boarded before but the staff made us feel so comfortable. They sent us a email with pictures and a report about how our babies were doing. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that is looking for a short or a long stay for their fur babies.

Pricing between what is marked on the shelf and what is charged at the register has gotten more consistent. A few good sales; there is still merchandise that has no signs or prices.

I had been calling around all morning trying to find a store that had the frozen mice I needed for my Ball Python in stock. This store said they had 1 so I sent my husband! He did not get the cashiers name...but he stated that it took her approximately 5 minutes to just come to the checkout counter first. Then he was paying with cash and she advised him that she had no money? That changed to I only have $8 in singles (Change was to be $7.02). He stated that is cash and please give me my change as I am not using my card. Her attitude was HORRIBLE!! Tossed the change at him and tossed the mice across the counter without even putting them in a bag! This is not my normal location, but I will be sure to never visit here again.

This petsmart is terrible when it comes to checking customers out. They always just have 1 cashier with a long line, and I’ve stood in line for more than 30 min multiple times at this specific petsmart. I dread going in this one but it’s the closest one to my house.

We love this place! My service dog Tucker gets excited by the name of the store! Banfield is epic and took care of Tucker, the grooming department are always epic! Check this location out. Not all are the same as this one.

I have had my dog groomed here numerous times and will never ever bring him here again. Be aware of their policy where a lease is tied around their necks after grooming, which choked my dog. Brought it to the attention of the supervisor Bailey, who allowed her staff to attack me saying “it’s their policy to tie a lease around their neck after grooming”. While there, a dog was being groomed by one of the male groomers and the dog kept crying from being clipped while being groomed. None of the staff cared about the dog and had enough energy to tell me that their policy in place utilizes a lease that chokes dogs. Terrible customer service and unprofessionalism. Take your dogs elsewhere if you want to have a happy and healthy dog
