This pharmacy is amazing. They're always very helpful and friendly. I was having trouble getting my medication from my previous pharmacy and thankfully my doctor recommended this one. If you're having any issues with your current pharmacy I would highly recommend this one.

I started using this pharmacy because finding my prescription for vyvanse became almost impossible. Not only did this pharmacy have it, but but had it ready quickly while my previous pharmacy had taken 2 weeks to inform me they were out of stock in almost all locations. I cannot give this pharmacy enough praise. If you’re looking for a place you can rely on, this is it. I am in the middle of a move across the country and I had to call around to different pharmacies for my prescription. No one had what I needed, so I was calling around and even though I wasn’t a previous customer, they were willing to fill my prescription within the same day. I was panicked and they saved a stressful part of my move. Thank you Pipeline pharmacy. I didn’t grab the woman’s name who helped me but the receipt said Ash. Thank you again so much!

I would have given 5 stars but the person answering the phone seems a little distracted on Friday and I called 2/9/2024 to have my RX ordered and when I called 2/12/2024 the lady that answered the phone stated they will need to order it for me. This is the second time they tried to give my RX to someone else. I hope they get their pharmacy in order like it was when I first started using them. ?

I never have an issue with getting my medication. They take care of their clients first. Always friendly and happy. Won’t go back to a big chain pharmacy.

This pharmacy is everything you wish for in a local business, but better. Small town feel, the nicest staff, they offer delivery, I just don't see how it could be better. I came to them as a long time CVS customer so I was initially annoyed they don't have an app but I quickly realized I didn't need one. My prescriptions are just always ready, whether I remember to ask for refills or not. CVS seemed to have trouble getting hold of my doctor for refill authorizations, but now I'm starting to realize maybe they weren't actually reaching out. Pipeline Pharmacy has so far had so issues getting refill authorizations for me. Really great service, I love it.

When CVS and Walgreens claim to not be able to get Mounjaro for weeks because of back orders, this pharmacy will have it in the same week. IDK how but they always come through. Couple that with pharmacists who seem to actually care about your health. This place is the best! Ditch the big box stores and go here. You’ll be glad you did!!

Hernandez family here! Darryn and Anna have been the most helpful and supportive with transferring our scripts as well as delivering straight to our door. I am so happy to have found them! They also deal with our shenanigans of life and are so personable! They are amazing!

Let me just say - I'm glad I changed insurance, otherwise I don't know if I would've ever found this place! In January of 2022, I changed jobs and had to change my insurance to BCBS. Well, little did I know that CVS doesn't take BCBS for some reason. Fortunately for me, the pharmacy literally right across the street from it did. I walked in there one day and was greeted by the most down-to-earth friendly pharmacist and assistant. I've only ever seen up to 2 people working there at a time and even when they're busy, they are always so pleasant and helpful when you walk in. My husband feels the exact same way and is the one that encouraged me to write this review so more people would find out about them. When I was checking out the other day, the phone rang and the pharmacist answered the phone as though he knew the lady on the other end (he addressed her by name ie. "Hello Mrs. Allen") and patiently answered her prescription questions over the phone. The store is kept very tidy with all the over-the-counter medicines organized neatly on shelves along the counter and walls. Pipeline Pharmacy is what one would expect to find in a small town, where the pharmacist is super personable and customer service is top notch. If possible, make this your go-to pharmacy!
