I was a years-long customer. Both of our cars. Pulled in today and got nothing but really bad attitude. Employees didn't seem very knowledgeable. Pulled out of line and going somewhere else. Shame. This used to be a fantastic facility. Drove from miles away just to come here for every oil change and inspection.

I’ve trusted Pit Stop Xpress for years with both my work vehicles and personal cars. Andy, the friendly hands-on owner, always makes sure things are done right. Recently, Dallas went above and beyond changing the oil on my oversized truck that couldn’t even fit in the bays. Great service every time — highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience here yesterday! Will came right up when I pulled in and helped direct me to the correct bay. He was polite, friendly, and respectful. All of the other employees were also friendly and kind as well. I've had a couple bad experiences at other places where I get talked down to and that was non-existant here. I had my kids with me so we hung out in the waiting area, which was clean and comfortable. My oil change was done very quickly, and the price was what I expected and reasonable.

Andy and his staff are great. They're honest, trustworthy, and aren't looking to sell you something every chance there is. They are straightforward, let you know what issues you may have, and the most cost-effective way to go about getting it taken care of. It's hard to find a car shop with these qualities. That's why anytime I have an issue or need routine maintenance, I take my truck to Pit Stop Express. I've been a customer for 10+ years and won't go anywhere else.
