Amazing massage and recovery machines. Only issue is the the actual gym equipment are smith machines!!! This would be a 2 star but all Planet Fitness's are smith machines.

I love this place. Certainly there are gyms everywhere, many of them likely quite good, but this place sets the standard for excellence! The most outstanding thing anout this Planet Fitness is the wonderful staff! Every person working there is friendly and genuinely caring. Although I have been a regular there only since July of '24, I feel as if those great staffers are kind of like family... it's a good feeling! This Planet Fitness location is always spotless, and the equipment is excellent and maintained in perfect condition. If you are looking for a good, well-equipped gym, spotlessly clean, safe, and where you will feel welcome, this is your place.

The Planet Fitness in North Hurst is truly a standout gym! The leadership and team here are exceptional--they take their roles seriously while maintaining a courteous and attentive approach to every member's needs. It's clear they genuinely care about creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the doors. The club itself is impeccably clean, with a spacious and well-thought-out layout that ensures a comfortable and efficient workout environment. The gym is great but I feel like the front desk staff is stuck up and on nov.29th early morning the front desk girl was rude. Told me that the guest I bring has to check in which I understand but normally I go at 3am where the front desk guy doesn't say a word to us due to him cleaning or not being up there. I told normally he doesn't stop us and she said yea next time you have to do this. I understand but the gym needs to get with the staff and explain this to all the staff. She was rude and stuck up to me for no reason the way she talked and her attitude but then all of a sudden after we check in she and the other front desk guy disappeared where all these other members came in and some didn't check in cause I was by the dumbbells. Stop being stuck up this is hurst not Keller and if you don't like me for personal reasons tough shit. I have no problem following policy's just be nice about it.

Best fitness facility in Mid-cities. PF is a great place to workout. The facility and staff are top notch. My favorite thing about PF is its cleanliness. I have personally watched them lift equipment off the floor to clean under the heavy equipment. They also dust behind the tv’s. All the staff personnel are good but I would like to recognize Rob. He is always working and interacting with the clients. I keep telling him, he has an outstanding personality and should go into something that will take advantage of his personality. Great place to workout!

Showers are private, glass doors, and the water used to be super hot but lately it’s been getting cold after about 10 minutes.

I am 62 and was weary about going to a gym. I have a condition that doesn't allow me to walk without a cane. When I walked into PF, It just people working towards a better way of living. WTG Planet Fitness

Not very busy, clean, and staff are super sweet and welcoming :) I wish there were more labels on some of the equipment to look up how to use some of them, but overall no complaints
