My sister and I rented this until for 5 months to help us as we cleaned out a relatives home who had recently passed. Heather was a dream to work with and helped make a hard process so much easier. We needed her help with a lock issue as well as move out and Heather was so helpful, communicative and pleasant to work with. If you are in Hurst and need storage this is the place to go! Just watch your rate and make sure you check your emails for any potential increase but other than that - it’s a very easy and streamlined process with units that feel very protected.

Absolutely disgusting climate controlled unit. There's rat droppings everywhere and really surprised because I have another unit here that was very clean on move in day. Super disappointed and of course no one is in the office to talk to.

Update: i am now seeing carts more often.... can we have a working restroom now as well? Not everyone who visits is local.
I have climate control storage here and there are supposed to be carts accessible. Even when there are no cars in the parking lot there are no carts. Making having this storage not as promised

Moved in yesterday, someone already attempted to break into my unit that you have to pass 4 access code entry points to enter. No staff on location despite the website saying they are open. I wouldn’t keep your belongings here if you have a choice.

Love this location and the manager Teddi is absolutely amazing she’s such a friendly sweetheart of a person. I have used this location twice now and would recommend using any location that has Teddi leading.

I recently visited Public Storage to look for a unit, and I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Teddi. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Even though I didn’t end up renting at her specific location, Teddi went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit at a different site—for half the price and with discounts included!
She spent nearly an hour with me, making calls, checking availability, and making sure I had all the details I needed. Her dedication and customer service were truly exceptional. Teddi genuinely cared about helping me find the best deal and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
If every business had someone like Teddi, customer service would be in a completely different league. She deserves way more than 10 stars. Thank you, Teddi, for your kindness and incredible support—you made my day!
