Yesterday I was in office, due to an emergency move and Kabby assisted me with kindness, sympathy, and a heart of honor. Went to my storage unit the other day to get the reminder of my stuff out of my storage because this my last month and I noticed that my lock was switched out but the crazy part it whoever switched out my lock or broke into my lock happens to work in the office because of the my lock was switched out with a lock that only comes from the office and obviously it's been a few days and im still going thru my stuff to see what's stolen or taken but I know for sure I have missing items just give me time to go thru all my stuff because where I found my original lock was sitting inside of a bag I know for sure wasn't easy find in the video you can see my lock which was cut and hidden and there lock which was switched out ok this my final month here and the month not over and odd to see that my stuff wasn't safe after all that's scary I'm still going thru my stuff to see what's missing trust and believe I know for sure something is because of the whole situation

Horrible they just raised the rate on a closet space and have horrible customer service the lady I just spoke to basically almost hung up in my face. I have been here years and I feel she might be new. Was very out of character for the employees who are usually there.
