Bathrooms nasty, everyday I come here I live close rather go to.hwy 10 or rufe snow location. Was here last 7/11/24 smells like pure urine and it's on the floor Noone cleans at this location obviously

I have been stopping by this QT quite often for the last three years. It has usually been a positive experience. The employees have always been nice and helpful. The store is well maintained and stocked. A few times the restroom was not, but that is expected in public restrooms. I also stop by other QT’s on a regular basis. Again, the employees at those locations are always nice. Always saying “Hello” or “Welcome in.”
However, the past few times I have stopped by this QT it was not a pleasant experience, and it all has to do with an employee I had never seen there before until recently. He never smiles. Never says “Hello.” On two occasions he spoke to me very rudely. Last time, I was feeling very ill. I was contemplating calling for an ambulance. Instead of being kind, he made a very rude remark. Tonight, I saw him there again as I pulled up. I decided to leave and just go to another QT. So long as he’s working there, I will not be stopping in or spending my money there again.

Stopped at this QT for a ham and cheese sub. Totally my fault messing up my order. Not only did the wonderful guy making it redo do it (when I didn't even ask him to do that), he also gave me a free fountain drink coupon! This is now the only QT I'll go to!!!!

This place is always busy. However, there is always good quick service on the inside. They make sure to get the clients through the lines efficiently. The gas prices are always competitive. The location is also convenient. It’s the best in the area.

9am, Saturday, October 21.STOP TRYING TO SNATCH MY ID OUT OF MY HAND.Young white girl kept lying to me saying she absolutely had to scan my ID. I told her multiple times that I've called corporate, and they say it's easier for you to scan, but not required.The ignorant white girl walked off from me.Here comes the young Hispanic or white guy with the creeper mustache. He said I was being suspicious by verbally telling them my birth date. I'm holding the ID in their face, and I eventually allow them to feel it. Since the white girl said she had to hold it.After telling him he was being ignorant for lying, and his colleague was ignorant for walking away from me, I walked out.This is by far the worst QT I've ever dealt with.I've already called corporate on the bald black chick, Brianna, on 3rd shift. She blatantly lied to me, so I reported her.I'm tired of yalls ignorance.Stop being upset that I'm pushing 40 and you youngin's looks old af. Looking like life whooped yalls behind ??♀️??♀️

This is my favorite QT location. This chain is typically pretty clean, always out cleaning counters, the parking lot, the floors. Some locations don't keep their bathrooms as clean but this store really stays on top of it. They have great fresh brewed tea near the soda fountains (half sweet, half unsweet is best, all the flavors are great), cost friendly coffee drinks, pizza, sandwiches at the snack bar. If you've never had breakfast pizza with gravy for sauce and croissant bread for crust, you're missing out. Even their whole and sliced fruit in the cold shelves is always fresh. If you're new to the area or you don't typically go to QT, give this one a go, it's pretty danged good.

The qt worker that was working at 3:30 Am on 9/03/2023 was very rude and nasty. Had a very ugly attitude. Never experience such poor customer service it made me put all of my things back and leave immediately.

Just a quick little review to say thanks to this QT for being clean, well stocked, well staffed, and well-lit outside at night. It's scary after dark but I usually feel pretty safe at a Quick Trip. There are always plenty of cars at the pumps and the lot is nice and bright. There are always people walking in and out. There are several staff members inside. There's a lot of life going on here, it never feels like a creepy empty gas station. And I haven't event mentioned their drinks or two types of ice or sandwiches or donuts or fresh fruit. Just know you'll find endless options for drinks and snacks.
