Called to let them know their air pump was broken. The guy who answered (Marcus) went out to fix it right away. Unfortunately the problem needed to be called in but I was happy with his sense of urgency and willingness fix the situation.

One of the only things I come here for is their slushes but most of the time they are not working or the light says they are ready but the it isn’t slush consistency just pure liquid.
