Today, I dined in to use my birthday coupon. That was my sole purpose. I was greeted and seated. My waitress was Miriam. She was so friendly and courteous. I didn't tell her I was using my birthday reward. In life, we sometimes gotta be slow to speak and eager to listen. I listened to her. She is very thorough. She didnt miss a beat with covering the menu as well as the kiosk on the table. I completed the survey on the table prior to the manager Frank approaching me. So the survey ppl, the manager did approach. If you're in the Hurst area, stop by THIS Red Robin :)

I am a Rewards member. I used a birthday reward and had a great meal twice. The server was very attentive. It took my order a little while to come out but it was freshly prepared.

Shane and his team were amazing! My catering order didn't go through like we thought and I called them 1.5 hours before needed and they made it happen! They went above and beyond. Super thankful and saved the day!!

Sorry (not sorry) old man.. (Jay G), but me & mine will remain loyal red robin lovers!Are you serious comparing prices from 4 years ago?? Buy a loaf of bread lately..? Like 4 or 5$!Not to mention nearly everything is bottomless there except the burgers!Great place, great service, great food for those of us living on this side of the rainbow.Thank you Red Robin. Our meal tonight was great as always!!

I haven’t eaten here since Covid. But when I looked at the menu today, oh my goodness! What use to be less than $10 is now $15-$18 for a burger!!? And when I got the burger, it was half the size of the pre-Covid burger! How can we sustain these prices? Meats are coming down in price, yet Red Robin insists on keeping prices high. And then when it comes to checking out, we have to do their job for them and use a machine at our table to pay! I will not be going back and I urge all that read this to do the same. As we stop going to these places that gouge us with high prices, they will retreat their prices or go out of business. We just need to have some restraint!

Table and chair had a lot crumbs on them, and were supposedly cleaned. Server stopped to talk to other customers while bringing our food. Nah, won't be going back.

Great good and atmosphere however the service was slow. Waiter did not seem very interested in being there nor serving us which made the experience a bit awkward and not so pleasant

Me and my family came to Red Robin after watching a movie. There was no wait, our server was very nice and came for drink refills when we needed it, and the manager I believe even checked on us and if we enjoyed our meal. Highly recommend coming here!!!

Don't like this location. Our waitress was very rude! They were out of items on the menu, and the tea tasted old!! The fries were gross, had too much salt, and they were cold. WILL NOT go back to this location!

Fast and good. The Wedgie burger is incredible! Their steak fries are the best and they are bottomless. Abby was our server and she did a really good job!I also recommend the Ensenada platter. The kitchen today was a bit slow, but the server was nice.

Our experience there was amazing.Christopher took better care of us , then my Grandma. (Lol).He was great , kept our drinks full and bought our food hot from the kitchen.Everything was exceptional.

Price was a little high but good food
