I haven't even seen it or moved into the unit yet, but Meng was incredibly helpful. I had reserved a unit somewhere else and when I stopped by during open hours the door was locked. There was a car there but nobody would answer the door. So....I kept searching and found this place. Meng's customer service sold me.

We just got a storage locker over the weekend and it was super easy and the price was excellent! The unit was clean and everything was well lit. I have only spoke to 2 men in the office over the phone and they were both helpful and professional. So far, so good. As of now, I would completely recommend this location.

The staff at Securlock Hurst are extremely helpful and and friendly. They took the time to get to know me and customize my storage needs. The experience has been flawless and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Shannon the manager was EXTREMELY helpful. I try to be an easy customer, but because of some last minute changes, I had to cancel my contract and redo the entire process. I also would call early and late, but she was always patient with me and very helpful! Great facility as well!
