I visited this location with my mother in law as she was looking to buy a new concealer and foundation. We needed help finding a product and we approached the manager and another employee that were just standing there talking to each other, all I could get out was “hi, we’re looking for-“ before I was rudely cut off by the manager. She said to me “CAN I FINISH MY SENTENCE THAT I WAS SAYING TO HER FIRST?!” We were very offended by her choice of words and her tone, so we decided to walk away and find our own products by ourselves. 2 minutes later she yelled from across the store “did you guys need to be swatched?!” After the way she spoke to us I didn’t even want her help anymore so I told her “no thanks, we’ve got it.” We figured out when we were checking out that she was the manager because we asked the employee that was ringing us up and she said that was the manager. Will NEVER be spending my money at this location again.

0 stars if i could. the employees here act like you’re bothering them by asking them to do their jobs. i had a pick up order because i try to limit my interaction with their employees to the bare minimum and the girl couldn’t even act professionally in the two minute interaction we had. she couldn’t even hand me my pickup order and just pushed it to me like i was a dog. they’re rude at this sephora and not even good at makeup. experience at a carnival must be a prerequisite to work here with the clowns they’ve hired.

The skills from the employees I’ve encountered at this location are completely helpless. I honestly don’t know where to turn to simply look for a foundation that meets my skin’s needs.

This is not my first time at this store,usually I have a quick stop and dont shop around cause I know what I want. This time I went in and before I stand next to the product station a representative came from my behind and yelled ,MAM WE ARE CLOSING IN EXACTLY TWO MINS!! and walked away to stand behind the check out counter. She didnt even offer help to expedite my search for the product, then I asked her if they have the shade am looking for ?, still standing behind counter said,,THEN I HAVE TO LOOK IN THE DRAWERS.,, while she is on her phone scrolling ,, thanks to the other staff who helped me find the shade am looking for.

Here on vacay, and misplaced my blush. Employee (young, chubby, dark hair) was quite unwelcoming, and hovered while shopping. Seemed upset that I didn’t want to provide my phone number at checkout. She was a great reminder of why I usually shop online to avoid the unfriendly service. Based on other reviews, it looks like my experience was not unique. I hope management takes the review seriously. Love Sephora, but this experience was not a pleasant one.

Overall great store in terms of representative checking in on people and greeting them as we walk in. However, sometimes it takes way longer than expected when needed direct assistance in for example shade matching.Overall clean store, good atmosphere, and polite employees.

Pretty bad customer service experience today. They had the product I wanted, OK, but getting it seemed to disrupt their other in-store priorities; beauty station training. I'm just a guy trying to buy some perfume in an empty store and it felt like I was bothering them in doing so. Shared my experience and the GM tried to explain, apologize, and see it as a training opportunity. I hope so. The employee shared her perspective and so did I. I tried to shake her hand to put it behind us, move on, and she refused as she stated she's Muslim. OK cool, then proceeded in a career of touching people's faces etc.I don't have a history of these kinds of reviews, but this experience led me here.

What a horrible experience today. Not the usual but worth mentioning for sure. First... TURN the dang music down!!! No one could even communicate. The cashier was arguing with a customer, though the customer was definitely excessively rude to her first. They couldn't hear each other. I tied to ask a question. Almost no help at all. Totally different experience than usual. It was chaotic. With the music so loud, I couldn't even hear myself think. I finally put my stuff down and left. I did order online, but it wasn't convenient since I wanted to shop for other gift ideas in person.I honestly don't even want to go back.

It took forever to find someone to help me with my questions and when she did, she was rude and didn't offer a similar product. For the prices we pay there, that's not acceptable.

This is my ultimate favorite Sephora store!! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and VERY helpful!!! Their expert knowledge and advice is phenomenal in helping me look my VERY best!! Jessica is outstanding n igiving recommendation and is always cheerful and polite!

I believe the lady that was helping me was named Stephanie! she was super helpful and helped me find the right shade for my new Haus labs foundation! And she helped me find the right brush too! She was very helpful in answering my questions:)

Arianna was so sweet and her kindness could light up any room any day. Rose came out the gate swinging! She knew exactly what to recommend me. She asked me a couple of questions then proceeded to walk me around the store and show me two options. I ended up going with the Gwen Stefani liquid lipstick and it is gorgeous and bold.I want to thank both Arianna and Rose for such a great shopping experience. Keep it up ladies!
