I went to the spectrum store in hurst to get a new phone due to my lost phone. He sets me up with way to locate phone.text goes off in part of my home stating phone located but does not tell me where. I try to call store back for clarification, but instead have to call regular spectrum who says store cannot be contacted!!!! Spectrum then tries to send me through different areas without getting problem solved. I waste 20 minutes, with the spectrum 800 number being useless!!! I am a very unhappy customer!

The guy with the glasses is the absolute worse every time I visit and he is there I don’t get any help and he always come up with a lie about the system being down. If you come in 30 min before they close don’t expect to get any help from him!

Having this internet has been bittersweet.. the first location i had the best time and experience with spectrum. When i moved 3 years ago to hurst is when things got horrendous. Outages frequently, wifi is not very good, and when things go wrong im stuck having to wait a day or 2 to get any help!! Someone from spectrum got sent out here , now prior to him getting here my wifi was perfectly fine, when he got here and did whatever he did he did something where now my wifi has been down for over 24 HOURS!! This has NEVER happened before and the best i could get was 4-5PM FOR SERVICE. Im not the type to sit and do reviews but this time i feel a line has been crossed and im extremely frustrated, something needs to be done.

Absolute trash Internet. I live in Richland Hills and within a month we had 6 outages. Then during the 3rd week of October they did a weeks worth of maintenance and the internet kept going out. Now we have another outage due to more maintenance. They charge way too much for poor quality Internet. Absolutely will be changing Internet providers

Chris B. at this location went above and beyond to find us the best deal that worked for my household. His communication and customer service was outstanding. It is difficult to find this level of transparency and excellent customer service support. We are very grateful and happy to be Spectrum customers. Thank you Chris!

walked in because i had a couple questions on our services both internet and mobile and the employee I got seemed miserable with just me asking questions for reassurance and had a smart response to every question i asked, if i could rate this experience it would definitely get zero from me

My experience here was fantastic! I came on my lunch break to get a new phone. Janelle was so extremely kind and relatable. She had me in and out within 30 minutes. Can’t wait to see how great my service is😊

The Hurst location by far is the worst store location I've been into yet! Went in to pay my bill and asked to have my plan dropped down to a lower speed of internet. The employee told me it was done and he got it to go thru. My next bill came in and what do u know, IT WAS NEVER DONE!! I WILL COME INTO THE STORE ONE MORE TIME AND ASK FOR IT TO BE DROPPED DOWN ONE MORE TIME. IF U DONT COMPLY, UR CRAPPY SERVICE WILL BE DROPPED AND I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE!!
