Got it cut at there pipeline location by a lady named Kim and she was great..cut it exactly how I wanted and has the BEST personally. Ill definitely be back

Ever since finding that special someone that can cut my hair the way I want it and get it right everytime, I have not gone to anyone else, it has been probably close to 10 years now. The one that holds that title for me, not only because of the great cut but the great woman she is, Pauline at Sports Clips. Go in just needing a cut but come out feeling fresh and looking good. Getting a hair cut from Pauline is so much more than just scissors to your head. Needless to say at this point in my review but, YEAH, she is the best.

Not bad. As I thought sides aren't even close to being even didn't even show me the cut after. Front asked for texture might as well said nothing also not even. Back the sides of the back are even, but the middle didn't even get touched. Glad there is a month until school

If I could leave less than a one star review for Kim, I definitely would. I showed her a photo for reference of what he wanted and she looked at it for about .5 of a second. That was my first red flag. She looked at his hair and without saying anything, looked at me shook her head yes, then looked at me like she was ready for me to walk away. Which I thought was kind of rude but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and went and sat down. I got on my phone for 2 minutes to look at the reviews and saw some that made me nervous. I looked back up at my boyfriend and OH MY GOSH. She was taking an electric razor with no guard to his curly hair and was chopping it off from the neck all the way up to the top of his ears…mind you his hair was probably only a couple inches grown out from what he usually gets but at this point it is now 1 step away from bald. She completely butchered it and I had to say something to the staff before it got worse. I showed them the picture and we all agreed that in that 2-3 minutes of him being in that seat, it was already too far gone from being anything that he wanted. She continued to butcher it and make it worse until she FINALLY gave up and was ready to send him home like this. He has never had a haircut this bad and this has always been a fear of his and it definitely came true today. THANKFULLY, the rest of the staff was so nice, especially Dazy. She fixed it for him as much as she could and didn’t charge him for the butcher that Kim did to him. If we ever go back, it’ll be to have Dazy do his hair because she definitely understood the assignment from the get go….never in a million years will Kim even think about doing his hair again.

Kim cut my hair and did a horrible horrible job my girlfriend showed a picture and she barely looked at it preceded to butcher my hair to almost bald when only wanting a low taper fade and a trim at the top if I could give this lady a 0 review I definitely would my hair is beyond beyond way to short compared to how I wanted it to be and pictures showed it to be +10 review for DAZY for taking time to try and fix Kim’s crappy work did a amazing job at going over it and making the best of the worst will definitely request dazy next time I come in

I wasn't impressed. I explained to the stylist what I wanted and she butchered my hair cut. I've always keep a clean comb over with volume. I wanted a mid fade with a little trim at the top but instead the lady shaved the side of my head down to almost a zero and she cut too much at the top leaving me like a pineapple head. Now I can't comb my hair the way I like. Less is more guys. Stop rushing these haircuts.

Never ever coming back have to use a phone number for walk-ins you went from bad to worse I have in the past had to sit there while people come in late because they use their phone to check in total evil system should be first come first serve

Posting this specifically for the LGBTQs! This place isn't very Queer friendly. I went in asking for a short, men's haircut, assuming because their clientel is usually men it wouldn't be an issue. My stylist and another working at the time both tried to talk me into keeping my hair longer, even after I repeatedly told them I wanted it very very short, and there was no possible way they could cut it Too Short for me. My stylist wouldn't use the trimmers on the top even though I told her I was fine with it.
I was also the only person in the waiting area, but when the stylist saw the name Miles on the board they loudly whispered, "is SHE Miles?"
The haircut was good honestly, and the people are nice enough. But i wouldn't recommend going here for a gender affirming experience.

Cassandra did AN AMAZING JOB. I normally go to the barbershop and get a ball fade so I had told Cassandra how I like my hair and she did a mid fade and took a lot at the top. My wife loves it. It looks really good. She did a great job. I would recommend going to Cassandra as sports clips in hurst tx.
