The lady that was "helping" me was rude and should not be in the customer service or sales business if she is not willing to help customers especially when I was making a large purchase. To top it off she continued making back handed comments about not being able afford my purchases when I asked why I had to put down a deposit. I have had 7 (business) lines with TMobile for the last 8+ years and this experience has me questioning whether I should continue giving them my business.

The only reason I’m rating one start is because I was just there and YESENIA (DONT GO TO HER) asked me if I wanted to add any phone cases screen protectors etc I told her NO!!! This girl charged me for a phone charger $19.99 & screen protector $39.99 that I DID NOT ASK FOR! When I was checking out she said it was FREE and her manager waived the cost for them both.. well I checked me receipt upon arriving him and THAT WAS A LIE! I didn’t even kno she put the screen saver on my phone until a left. Y’all really have to WATCH them thoroughly even if u do decline! That’s theft and she needs to be fired!

Came in to the store after a underwhelming experience at a different location. Was promptly approached by Kevin and received outstanding customer service. He was very informative and thorough on current deals. Walked out convinced he gave us the best deal he could. We added a couple of lines with tablets. If you’re looking for actual customer service where it matters ask for Kevin.

This T-Mobile is horrible pipeline rd location I went in trying to get help with my login since T-Mobile doesn’t have TVision and it’s now utube tv they told me they could not help me at all and the other guy chimed in with a hateful negative attitude and whisked me out of the store they were Indian descent I feel they were racist towards white people they were so rude and not helpful I been with T-Mobile since the conversion from metro cell never been treated like that in my entire time with T-Mobile well I went to the other location located on Precinct Line Rd.,ryner was so helpful helped with my login helping change my login. Got my YouTube up and running on my iPad iPhone, and my home ryner gets 5 stars and should be running the whole show in his region this young man’s customer service was beyond my expectations

I had a great experience after coming in to add a new line to my plan from a different carrier. The sales associate Amber at this location was extremely helpful in explaining all the options while guiding/updating us through the entire process of updating plans and upgrading on a new phone. Definitely an example of what great customer service is and a reason why I continue to be a customer with T-Mobile.
