Closed on a Sunday... Not a national holiday. Drove all the way here for it to be closed. Hours need to be accurate or updated.

We have been driving further to avoid the horrible parking lot at the pipeline location, but while the employees are always great, they've started using fragrances or so much cleaning chemicals that we have trouble breathing in the store.

I have come to this UPS so many time for a great amount of returns. Not only this family owned but the employees are the absolute best!! They are very hardworking, kind, outgoing and have amazing customer service!! Sami is such a sweet person! Having been to other locations, I definitely recommend this UPS location by far!

I dropped of a package and needed a small piece of tape for a large package, I ran out of tape as I was taping it for shipment. The sales staff would not let me use their tape, and I had to buy a new tape, which I would have if I needed more tape, but I have a lot at home, and I only needed a small piece. A missed opportunity for this store to exemplify customer service by letting me use theirs, but I was met with a decline to use their.
